So the company registered with 50k Swedish Krona capital ($7333 USD)? and they will produce 28nm ASICs.

Sounds legit to me.

I uploaded the file to virustotal. Should not trust PDF files

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/00f160acf207ad4927c847c367a3b13e71ab39c62066feeae8a4c4d020b09e85/analysis/

Seems clean, no guarantee.

You need to show that you have a certain amount of cash to start up the company. Then you can use that cash on things that makes the company go around. Equipment etc.. Same in norway. Its more detailed than what i mention, but that's the basic of it.

It gives you a list over the involved people also, with their addresses. It just makes KnC more legit than certain other players :)

Always have to be careful in equating statutory filing minimum amounts, or publicly disclosed transaction amounts, for the real thing.

Ever heard the term "For the sum of $10 (ten dollars) and other good and valuable consideration..." which is used in US transactions for things worth even millions of dollars?

Thoughts?

Did they register the company on  May 16th, 2013?  And plan to deliver 28nm ASIC in September, 2013?

I sure hope they can walk on water...

This is pretty standard amount  for new companies in most of EU contries. Nothing wrong with that one

You want to do research on the company designing and overseeing the production of the ASIC, which is OrSOC (http://orsoc.se/).

This document means something.

It's a legal working company in Sweden. With the founders names accepted. If something goes wrong they have to figure something out becuse there are strict laws for bankruptcy. They cannot take your money an run with it. Sorry... They can, but they will run until only the prison.

About the 7000$.

Here an other country of Europe, I have a company with the starting capital of 2300$ and I make every year 100.000$. Thats normal for a starting company to put the minimum in. That means nothing.

Why don't you search for the same datas for Bitsync or BFL. I think you would be surprised....

What is the point ? A lot company in EU just "hide the investors money" and announce bankrot. No one get in prison only because you lose money, offen they claim the money go for stuff and someone else cheat as. An easy tactic use in a lot cases.

I think there is something masked. But a good start as many companies placed the amount for start up.

Normally the founder has paid the preparation price during GPU mining. They have paid the first stage money before starting the business.

However, DO NOT fully trust the company unless they have provided the first push being first. I possibly think people trust (PAY quick after June) that company  because of ORSoc. ORSoc is the most responsible for. I hope the ORSoc not fail what BFL has faced before.
