the answer to "will Dogecoin be worth blank dollar in year blank" is always going to be no.

the price of doge will continually go down in long term and it is simply because there is a lot of it available. and that is one of the main reasons many of the altcoins similar to dogecoin with a large supply are suffering from.
according to supply and demand when there is a huge supply of something (in this case billions of coins) and there is no real demand for it, the price can not go up but instead it falls down.

and that is a big flaw in their distribution system.

dogecoin have more than 110 billion of total supply. 0.1$ means 11 billions $ of market cap!

this is impossible for a no use case coin!

Dogecoin will never be worth anything. So no, it won't be worth 0,1 in 2018
