This is the duty of a signature campaign/bounty manager to make sure the ICO is using proper resources which they have rights to use.Things like signature,Ann threads can be easily copied so the bounty managers should confirm from the ICO team that the resources being used are legit.Worst case,if someone points out that something is stolen,campaign manager must put a pause on the campaign until new resources are allocated. It also shows their lack of confidence tobtheir work.

This is really my personal misconduct, my mistake. The perpetrators have already been punished, we are already working to remedy the situation. From myself I want to add that this does not mean that this ICO is bad, it's just laziness of one person. Once again I apologize to the designer and the company.
