They were a first run chip. Prototypes essentially. The design changed very slightly on the production run chips. There's a thread in this section somewhere where Zepher has auctioned one iirc :)

The BTCC Poker chips were sold through the BTCC website, however the version 2 (different hologram) were only given away to certain people who placed orders and there was no other way to acquire them. BTCC has stopped selling loaded chips altogether now.

I just noticed one version says 2016 and the other doesn't. 

The prototype also has 3 stars instead of the btcc.mobi text at the bottom, slightly lighter colours and only 19 leaves on each of the wreaths around the sides (whereas the final version has 21)

The serials on the prototypes starts with a U whereas the final version starts with F.

What is the going price for original Casascius business card (Mike Caldwell) in a photo frame?

I wish it were signed, I bought the business card from Blazed a couple years ago and got it framed shortly after. I'd say it is a pretty special piece and doubt there are many around in a decent condition. I can take a photo if you are interested, haven't really thought of a good price for it really - if you want to offer

 Never see any on the market and was wondering what they go for. An unsigned one would be a nice addition too...but do not know what the value of such things are as they are never on the market.

It is a pretty cool piece, I would imagine you are right and there aren't too many around.  Mike did sign 25 of the encyclopedias but other than that haven't seen too many other signatures from him.  Business card alone is still cool, and I'm sure through the years these one off pieces will fetch a decent amount
