And also bitcoin does not have that law which makes me even more afraid to invest in bicoin.

You have to take care and secure your own assets. It is not easy to hack somebodies bitcoin, but you must look after your assets. Use 2FA, password manager, another computer beside your main one for desktop wallet. And the best method... Get a hardware wallet like a Ledger Nano. It's the best way to secure your funds.
