Hype rate is very high and concept is powerful

I think Airfio ICO is the hottest ICO of December.
The features and its bounty programs are quite amazing.
Furthermore, I think it has the potential to revolutionize the crypto banking system.

For me the hottest ICO for this month of December 2017 is Angel Token and this caught my attention in Facebook and I'm intrigued actually, and I found out that they have a good team and developers that are capable running Cryptocurrency company. Joined their Telegram community that amazed me that any questions are answered quick by their active support customer representative.
Angel Token is indeed the best promising project this month.

Maybe I'm a biased person but Angel Token caught my attention in Facebook and checked their project that's why I participated their signature bounty campaign in order to be part of their ICO journey.
I'm going to support Angel Token all the way to success.

Best ICO not only December but maybe in 2017 can become a project ENVION.
The idea of this project is to engage in mining using natural energy. Now more than 75 million registrations.

It's a holding time for me.
Most of the ICO's are failing to sell over ICO price when entering the market. Bitcoin price is still surging. Multiple bans on ICOs.
I'm waiting till 2018.

It is worth paying attention to the ICO by Gladius.

The hottest mean only one ico. Do own reasearch before investing in any ico project. If you find although a little thing not go right then just leave it.

Agreed. There are a number of ICOs that fail to reach their goal and then tend to trade below ICO price. I'm also seeing a lot of them with a starting price above $1/coin which I think is excessive for what is usually an unproven and/or undeveloped product or service.

The most favourite ICO in december for me is INS. They have already raised 30000 ETH (the half of the hard cap) in just a half of the day. I'm pretty sure that they will complete the ICO before the last day for sure.

I think bankex and ins are pretty much the best icos these 2 months. They are holding too much money and people trust in hard. These coins will make investors good money.

Utrust was a great ICO in November. For December I'm putting my money on AppCoins (first crypto for App Stores), as it seems to be one of the most promising ICOs I've seen in months.

For December i'm watching BankEx. Good project with a solid team and one of top hyped projects. 28M $ already raised and the ICO lasts to Dec end.

Definetly the hottests ICO's of december are TokenPay, Hdac and Gizer. All of them have great potential into the crypto world. One is fully anon, 2nd Hyundai deal tells everything and the 3rd one esports are the next thing no matter what.

Stay away from ICOs my friends. or invest only what you can afford to loose.

Well, I tried to check the website of GoNetwork. First of all, I believe their project is legitimate. The team is also composed of very brilliant individuals who were part of ETHWaterloo. There is definitely success waiting for the project. Aside from this ICO, I would also recommend you Nousplatform. The project offers a decentralized investment fund. The ICO is ongoing and it has already raised around 1.7 million tokens.

Probably not an ICO in december yet, but worth checking out swapy network.

Gonetwork piqued my interest but I'm not a fan of the whole airdrop plus crowdsale deal.  Why would I want to spend my btc/eth on a token when 123 million of them are being given out for free.

As an example the powr ledger pre ico was 0.08 now 0.7 .. If you invest 100$ now 800$.

I have the same strategy as yours, I think if you want to invest in some ico projects, it is better to buy some when the price is below the ico price, also you can see how many eth they have been raised, then you can make a decision if it is worth to invest.

Eos, indahash, Ins and trade.io seem to have a lot of hype this month. Yesterday was the token sale of Ins and the softcap was reached within 30 mins. Trade.io is in the top 5 ico in icoscanner.io and indahash has a high rating at icorating.com. I'd like to include naga on my list but there are rumors circulating that it's company is going bankrupt and they are just using the ico to earn quick money.

I am honestly a bit hesitant to invest in ICO until I see where the market goes, if I invest 1 eth, what is that worth in 2 months time compared to the ICO investment.

There are so many ico this month i dont know how i can decide this is good or best or hottest.
I think i can say livetree token and hdac token are good choice. Not best or hottest but good project.

I think one of the hottest ICO's for december is definitely Envion. They will offer mobile mining units that will be placed on clean energy sites and be directly operated from there. I can definitely recommend to check them out and ask your question on the telegram channel where the team is very active. Always do your own research though!

If you ask me , the hottest ICO of december is Hdac side by side with TokenPay. I think 2018 will be a great year for both of them. Hdac raised a lot and TokenPay is doing the same thing.

Check the whitepaper of trade.io  For my mind (not because I'm wearing their avatar - generally do it because of the quality) it is most appealing ICO of December. But you must do your own research.
Also like idea of AngelToken, very risky hedge fond analogue.

I don't think I can recommend any ICO recently for the  past three months most of these ICOs have started dumping when the enter the exchange, for now it is better to pick up these cheap coin when they enter the exchange than buying especially when Bitcoin is rallying

Oh, I sincerely believe that BitDegree ICO is one of the most promising in December. These guys have a very strong team and a large client base (smthng around 29M i hear).
The project has already shown good funds and they are really doing a good job (IT-courses with a scholarship in tokens).
