I am having a extremely hard time getting BITCOINS for the website I advertise on I have a PayPal account but the last company I was getting them through tried to rip me off if there is anyone who can help me I would be very appreciated thanks

What kind of help are you looking for? Your post makes zero sense to me. Are you begging for money? If so begging isn't allowed here, if you don't have the money to fund your projects, you may make a loan request with valid collateral or else you are just minutes away of getting tagged from a DT member.

Please let me know if you want the anything about the website assistance means you can ask about that to me. I have troubleshooted some crawler issue keep on pinging to his site. So that is better to help you in that.

What exactly are you trying to advertise and what is this site you talk about? If you dont provide us with that info people will not be able to help you.
I believe that you are trying to use bitcoins to "pay" for advertisements on a website. Now all services dont accept bitcoins so you should check if they do first. Otherwise if they do accept then they should be able to help you out.

A note on paypal  - paypal transactions are reversible for a period of time and have chargeback issues. So be careful about paypal deals specially relating to bitcoin, paypal has an anti-bitcoin stance.
