I've stumbled across a new ICO. Have you heard of DIW ?

DIW will utilize the power of blockchain to securely store, validate and share personal information. They will provide it's community a decentralised Digital Identification Wallet keeping all your personal information safe and secure.

Has anyone has heard of this ICO?

If I prefer to use Airtoken (AIR) for trading, unstable prices make me earn a considerable profit. Now the price of AIRTOKEN coins is falling in $ 15,986 price range, and I expect it will rise again. ::)

You have asked a cryptocurrency that is new and can compete with  bitcoin in the near future.

The only crypto that can do so is BCH.

There's no other coin that can compete bitcoin in the future. They have their own use and features and to think that there will be a thing that's going to be the same with bitcoin, I don't think there is.

The only crypto that can do so is BCH.
No, BCH can't do the same with bitcoin. Comparing btc to bch, they are totally different and I don't believe that it will be like bitcoin.

Entangle by the fear of popping out another Tezoz-like ICO's? Nope.
Please be Keen to notice new ICOs working on their end not just by blabbering their promise but by showcasing their product (working product).
THE ABYSS ICO is one of these, entering in gaming industry, full-packed loaded with the best high end gaming in virtual reality, nothing less nothing more.

Visit their website and connect to their community for more info.

Gaming industry generates 10 Billion Dollar per anum as per study. In that case, playing crypto in gaming field offers vast yield of return when mass adoption takes place. One thing that I eyed for is THE ABYSS ICO. This is happening in December 12. They had already working product, all we need is some adoption and market.

One advantage for this is they bring you the previlige of enjoying the game while earning.
Another is they will let you design your game in their platform and let anybody become a developer with their standard coding.
They are that advance in this field. Investing this type would be worthy.

I'm not sure that anything is competing with Bitcoin. The best developers in the space are working on it, its network size is unmatched (this can't be measured by transaction activity due to hodlers), and it has a big first mover advantage.

As such, the most promising cryptocurrencies are not directly competing with Bitcoin, but rather explore different use cases altogether. The main areas I'm focusing on are anonymity/privacy coins and decentralized exchange (DEX) coins.

For privacy coins, I like Monero, Zcash, Verge, Zcoin.... but more than anything, I am looking forward to MimbleWimble, which will apparently be launched as its own blockchain next year. For DEX coins, I'm interested in Blocknet, Komodo and Bridgecoin.

I don't think any altcoin can compete with bitcoin but  still I would suggest you Ripple, because Ripple is the world’s only enterprise blockchain solution for global payments and also you can see Ripple have returned more that 20x in just 1 year. And other my most favorite coin Ether, I suggest  you to invest some capital in Ether because Ethereum is an open software platform based on blockchain technology that enables developers to build and deploy decentralized applications. And now a days you can see many many ICO coming with Ehereum platform. Also you can also go for  NEO, IOTA, Bitshares , PeerCoin, Zcash(ZEC),Tezos, Dogecoin, Ethereum Classic, igitalCash(DASH),SysCoin(SYS),Verge(XVG), but before invest in any coin , first research well about that coin or take advice from well experienced traders or investors if needed to avoid loss.

Only two coins I think can compete with Bitcoin is Ethereum and Electroneum. For sure Electroneum will be in top 3 in less than 2 years. It will not take long for a british backed currency to take over Litecoin and Dash.

Probably it is early to speak about competition with Bitcoin, but these altcoins are very good and will bring traders and investors cool profits — these are YoYo (or YOYOW ) and Qtum. Imho!

I think Cardano is often overlooked. It's a very ambitious project and it's got some of the most cutting edge technology.

Taking into consideration the increase of Bitcoin in the last few days, it is hard to think of a cryptocoin that could go that high. But one cryptocurrency that is not getting much hype and I think will deliver great value is AppCoins, focused in the app economy. I recommend you take a look into their project, since they are starting the ICO this week.

I think it will be difficult for any altcoin to compete with bitcoin as it is already a household name.

I think Echat token (ECHT) should be considered as a viable investment as the project is revolutionizing the social media by decentralised the social media using blockchain technology.

I don't think that any blockchain social media project gonnabe successful, honestly. A lot of blockchain strong sides are irrelevant but weak/double-sided ones sides like low scalability and immutability by design are extremely hampering.

Well bitcoin technology was really good and I don't think there is someone to compete with bitcoin, but yes there are many good going projects like Electroneum, Airtoken, Neocoin, Ripple, Monero who can come and stand next to bitcoin in coming years and months. You just need to Find some more information about those good going projects and then track them on regular basis and enter when it is available at cheaper price.

Competing against Bitcoin is not easy. it is the most trusted and most used coin.
But there are some coins gaining value each day and looks really promising like Monero and NEO.
Alts are too volatile compared to Bitcoin it is the reason why people hold Bitcoin and use alts for trading.
Don't be mislead by coins growing fastly, it usually don't last for long.

There is always a new interesting coin.
Just gotta find the right one.

I would suggest you not to spend more then you can afford to lose though.
