What are some hot new crypto exchange ICO's that look to be the next Bittrex / Binance etc.

If you ask me - hot new Exchange does not need fundraiser to begin with. If anyone asking crowdfunding to start an exchange run from it.

I beg to differ. Exchange development needs funds raised in order to create a good product. I guess it also depends on what kind of exchange it is. STeX exchange (see link in my signature) needs fund for a liquidity pool in order to provide low prices.

Cashaa has their last day of ICO if you want to go into that they have over 1 million in contribution

In my opinion Exchange is an endeavor that shouldn't be allowed to fail despite lack of funding. Throughout planning and vast experience in managing both technical and organizational parts of business is a must. People seeking crowdfunding usually have only tech skills from above list, but unfortunatly this is just a small part. I believe there is no more place for amateurs and enthusiasts in modern market, where CBOE and NASDAQ is about to roll in.

ETHOS, formerly BQX, isn't exactly a trading platform but it's a project worth looking at.  They're coming out with a universal wallet which will enable you to exchange between many different currencies among other things.  I imagine it will be similar to the Exodus wallet with a lot more choices and other options.

Stex.exchange was looking good presale they had done good success spectre.ai also looking good there is lots of exchange ico happening not sure about anything will gain trust like bittrex or binance.
