Everyone's idea and predictions are based on theory and statistics. If an investor predicts that Bitcoin or Altcoins will go up or down, its just a prediction. There have been a few in the past, but the most recent prediction was that of Billionaire investor Mike Novogratz who predicted that Bitcoin will go to $10K when Bitcoin was somewhere around $7-8K. Some that go down or up more often than others.
