Title: trade altcoins! Non listed
Post by: kritment on December 05, 2017, 08:55:14 AM
Hey All,
Thanks in advance.
I need to ask a question, maybe it is a stupid one.
So bear with me.
Can anyone here advise what sites are good for getting information on super small penny coins stuff that is not mainstream and is on exchanges like etherdelta etc.
Can anyone tell me who to follow or read to trade these very small coins?
Thanks in advance.

Before a coin is listed on an exchange the only way to trade it is OTC.

Basically there is a thread for that found here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Becareful and always use escrow.

Right, sometimes smaller altcoins can bring you more profit than alts from top-10. Check for the gainers here - use this link

I suggest, keep distance with such coins. bitcointalk.org is the most trusted website to find the details of coins/tokens through their announcement thread.

Why do you want to trade/buy altcoins that have little to no volume? people usually trade/buy altcoins that have huge volume and potential to increase in value in future. stick with top 30 or 50 altcoins.  ;)

I don't feel like  investing in such coins which are small and really worth penny stocks. You know very well that this kind of projects do not work 100% with surety in the future. To be frank there is really concerns about the big projects that are in the market and on the big exchangers too. They get disturbed very quickly due to volatility of these coins or huge ups and downs in the investment in first place. So better to choose your investment which is likely be worthy than these penny investment.

I mean just check it everything yourself. There are at least 100's of the ICO which are shitty and coming everyday. Also, not to forget about there marketing strategies. They are putting huge money into these marketing and advertising strategy but what happens in the end is they get away from the project. So triple check your investment.

You kind of answered your own question with regards on where to trade them and the best place right now as etherdelta as you said. Many of them you'll struggle to find info aside of what the team themselves put out. Join any channels they have and look in to their whitepapers, that's about as much info as you'll be able to get.

You can check this thread in Bitcoin talk forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 and also check etherdelta website and carefully search the  newly listed coins most of them are always in etherdelta first before venturing to other exchanges.
