Title: Actual stores Post by: tainaan on July 02, 2011, 01:28:54 AM Hey, I'm looking into building a mining/gaming rig, however, due to some annoying circumstances I'm only able to purchase from stores not online (which gets rid of newegg). Any suggestions what stores I should check out to purchase computer hardware from? (besides bestbuy) Also if it helps I'm located near Pittsburgh,PA. Thanks in advance.

Look in your yellow pages for a locally owned shop though, and you might find someone who's friendly, knowledgeable, and will help you out. Most likely they'll have to special order something. I know my local computer shop only keeps very basic things in stock due to low demand, so I generally only go there for hardware emergencies.
