Am I the only one having issues with etherdelta ?
I've been trying to deposit from my wallet to the platform and it's not working .
I upped the gas price ,still nothing ...

I have no problem while using Etherdelta, maybe you should wait a few minute and do it again to deposit your coins it will work.

Transactions with very high price are getting executed rarely. It may take a day or two to get normal.

Yes i also faced this problem few hours ago.tried to deposit my eth many times but failed. but after  30 minutes success to deposits. but many people faced this problem.Maybe it will be solved soon.Thanks

Same here I did have problems too and took me almost an hour to receive them from Etherdelta, and yes probably it was because of the decongestion Crypto Kitties brought but I did receive all of them though. It was just unusual for Etherdelta delaying the deposits but so far so good still.

Oh, I thought that I am the only person that is experiencing this kind of problem. I tried to withdraw .026 ETH and I got none. It's been a day and I didn't see the TX or the transaction in Etherscan.io.

before asking i think it would be better for you to provide the samples,
because we have no clue about your problem and how to solve it,
so far i never encountered something like.
if you do not have a problem with your connection and did not lowering your gas too much,
i think the only problem that can caused your issue should be ethereum network.
but it's very unlikely

Yes,today I faces some issue on etherdelta.I want to withdraw my ether but can't do this.long time take pending  but don't complete withdraw.  :'(

yes it's most probably because of etherium network which is overloaded due to kitties madness. so better increase your gas price using etherdelta these days.

Etherdelta is experiencing quite some problems recently. Like the problem where the buying price is higher than the selling price. It's usually fixed if you just refresh it or if you just wait for awhile and then trying it again later. But as far as my experience in using Etherdelta, I still haven't encountered major problems. Just issues like this one where it can be fixed easily.

ETH network is congested right now so you have increase your GAS price to really high after that there shouldn't be any problem because whole etherdelta operation is directly based on ETH mainnet.

There are many trades going on there right now like normally.

I was trying to make some transaction to purchase some TIO since yesterday and it has been thug of war. At first, I thought it was affecting only TIO token, but I guess it is everyone now and from the look of things something may be going wrong with the Ethereum network itself.

Are there any other exchanges that deal with ERC-20 tokens?

This is a classic situation for the EtherDelta. Despite this, I really love this exchange.
Most likely, the problem lies in the fact that a wallet is being created by the Delta.
Usually this problem is solved quickly, soon everything should be adjusted. To write in support, there probably is no sense, but you can try :)

seems issue resolved! got some successful transactions with high gas price.

u should put more gas for your transaction. seem eth have many transaction and they can't handle all of it. btw etherdelta is a slow website too. they have many bug

I suggest you give it 1 or 2 days for the situation to clear up a bit before you make more transfer.

Maybe you're right for that, I've also never had a problem with Etherdelta exchange, it's just that you have to repeat it several times to actually enter the deposit and also the withdrawal when it's done.

Also am I faced having problem with pending many hours but still not successful the transactions of mine on etherdelta deposit and buy sell order not only that I can't  make any new order as well...

yes, It's same for me, i deposit to my wallet is not working, maybe a lot of pending transaction.

Better be careful now with transacting or just wait for their official news if it is all on the go.
There have been a lot of pending transactions and some of them could not enter the blockchain like it is being blocked.
I also have a lot to do with my coins but all are paused now because of this mess.

First it was etherscan where I lost my coins from the list after that error where you see your balance is -1 Gwei. Now this, etherdelta.
Ethereum really needs a lot of updates. Yes, I have read some comments that their transactions cannot come through so I guess we will just have to wait for it to be confirmed.

I can't comment about ether delta because the page doesn't work for me, when I try to open it it's not loading. it's weird because I can use normal exchanges like bittrex and poloniex in a normal way and they have significantly more traffic.

In my case when i use metamask and click on deposit in ED, system displays the pop-up to click "Submit". On clicking "Submit" system displays my metamask wallet contents instead of generating the transaction hash.

On the other hand while using MEW wallet and performing the same steps the system displays message "Sorry, We are unable to locate the Transaction Hash". Hope the issue resolves soon.

Not Ethedelta but the Etherium network itself. Google might help you for more information.

Trading is smooth, only the transfer have a problem. In this case, you may; a) increase gas price b) used default fees and wait for confirmation time.

But since we are talking about Etherdelta here, we all know that all actions requires gas fees so it's really not wise to do any transfer at the moment as it may result for so much gas consumption.

i think everybody get the same problem while try to deposit the token or ethereum into etherdelta, if we see maybe it caused by the market has lot of token that enter into etherdelta, and it still being new token, i mean it still much pending ICO. or maybe the market still doing any increase service on etherdelta, need to be solved soon.

Haha if just some stupid virtual cats made Ethereum network congested, it means it has definitely some problems.

Yeah! I heard about it too. They cause that problem. I don't know why they made such like that kitties, but for what? They making some bugs in ethereum network and I think even the fee is get more higher because of them. About 40 gwei needs to use for more faster transactions in etherdelta. Well, I think also about the coming fork, is it also the cause? Or what? Sorry guys Im also curious this time.

People had been going crazy about Crypto Kitties, it is like a virtual pet that’s why it looks like tamagotchi. And it is used by Ethereum’s blockchain that’s why there is a massive decongestion with Ethereum.

Etherdelta is a relatively large platform of Etherum-based ICO platforms. Most ICO projects are on Etherdelta before trading on larger trading floors. But I do not care about the interface look pretty disruptive and this floor often hang.

Etherdelta chance his rules if your token not deposit still now you can grow your gas price if you set your gas price 61 then your deposit 100% work so just set your gas price and check out . Hope your problem will be solve.

Maybe the internet is just slow. Or the system or the platform is down, try to do it again later or maybe tomorrow just to be sure. There really are issues sometimes on etherdelta.

Have you ever tried increasing your gas up to 200,000? Ethereum blockchain is really congested right now. Due to cryptokitten. However, blockchain of Ethereum will be back as soon as pending transactions will be finished.

It is for sure related and anyone who is not using a high gas price for transaction is just going to end up having their transaction held for a while when the network congestion settles down which for not the crypto kittens have refused to even give the network a breathing space. Hopefully within some days there should be some calm.

I guess the OP's case here is different. It is not even about the transaction not going through, it is the platform itself not responding even after trying to make transactions. I will advise he both refreshes the page and try again or he gives another browser a try. I am not experiencing making transactions anyway and as long as the gas price are high enough, transactions should be completed.

Op, you will need to check your internet connection or probably refresh the etherdelta platforms as even now I just make transactions there.  You should try to make deposit again as this is going to go through this time. Etherdelta is one of the best tokens trading platforms now and one will need to appreciate them as hitbtc has started disappointing traders!

Right now, ED or Etherdelta is now asking for a big amount of gas. It is just because, of the cryptokities. Idk if that was the right term but kitties were included in that. And that makes the block of ethereum overloaded.

I do also think that the problem with the etherdelta was caused by the cryptokitties. They have caused a major traffic in the blockchain and a huge problem with transactions on etherdelta for days. Due to it, we are required to use higher gas price and of course more eth to be able to transact. It was annoying and a pain in the neck.

recently, I have no problem with etherdelta i used metamask in transacting with etherdelta so i can easily handle all of the transactions and it is so smooth. I recommend you to install metamask on your personal computer. Goodluck to you.

Blame everything on cryptokitties. This game went viral causing all the congestion in the ethereum network. GAS is increasing to get your transaction confirmed. Ethereum network now is similar to bitcoin. Mempools are clogged.

Its not EtherDelta's fault here. But once everything settles down, after this so called cryptokitties game died down, everything will be back to normal although there's no timeframe for it.

True,when this game became so popular people who uses Etherdelta is affected too and is affected badly. I won't mind using high gas price but of course you will have a second thought about doing it because it is not totally worth it. Things were okay and fine but when this game also used Etherdelta, everything became a headache. I am really wondering if why Etherdelta did not say anything about this, we as traders who uses this exchanges somehow deserve an explanation. An explanation why we are affected badly and will enlighten us to what really happened.

Thank you for your information, actually i want to try also on Etherdelta as my exchanges site for my coin. But now i'm doing some research on how to trade and Bittrex is my first exchange site that want to trade my altcoin before the other one, because there's so many people or user say's that bittrex is a good exchanged site especially nowadays.

Bittrex is a good exchange because there are variety of coins you can choose from and the base currency can be bitcoin, ethereum or fiat whereas in etherdelta it is only ethereum. ERC-20 tokens are first listed in etherdelta and it is a good opportunity to buy the coins at a low price because once the coins are listed in bigger exchanges, its price shoot up so you can have a valuable amount of profit.

For now, there is a network congestion happening in Ethereum network because of the game crypto kitties. Transactions have been delayed that's why you have to increase the gas for your transaction to be confirmed faster and since etherdelta is base in Ethereum Mainnet then there are delays in the processing of transactions. I deposited a token recently and forgot to set the gas transaction higher so it lasted two days before it appeared in Etherdelta.

I'm using etherdelta to store Etherum and the ERC20 platform token. I find that Etherdelta has a pretty simple and easy to use interface. I've been using it for a long time and I have not yet detected any complex errors.

Exactly there is an issues with etherdelta in the few weeks the big reason is they attack by virus called kittens. All the problems related to pending transaction are responsible for the virus. So mainly they have many account has been gone in that huge clogged of transaction.

You are not the only one going through this sad experience. We all have experienced the same. This has actually grown annoying in the past days. As what I have read, aside from the growth of Ethereum transactions, Crypto Kitties have also added a significant amount of network traffic to the already-congested Ethereum network. I hope the people behind the project will respond accordingly and promptly.

Etherdelta today got the same issue as the OP said. It was the first time I've experience such situation, where I can't withdraw or either deposit and I really hope that this problem is already fix by tomorrow.

im using etherdelta for quite some time now or until i trade some of my coins and tokens but so far i didnt experience any of those problems that your facing. ive heard etherdelta has been hacked lately and maybe this is the reason why you cant withdraw or process any transactions because ed are still fixing and upgrading thier database to the latest systmem and update in order to avoid loophole so that hackers wontt be able to access them anymore. these is not also caused by cryptokitties because as i see the etherium blockchain arent that really congested.

The exchange is ok.

Its great that its decentralized but it really needs to get better servers and hosting to protect themselves from getting hacked again.

Their interface also needs works. Its currently very confusing for a newbie. Also the speed are horrendously slow when buying and selling.

Apparently ,they're having the same issue as last time but with another game that's congesting the network.

Etherdelta is good if you take some precautions like using metamask and opening the correct website. Some people just shout at them but Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange which I like the most.

Etherdelta works fine for me. I always trade with etherdelta for some ethereum based coins. We need more decentralized exchanges like etherdelta in the future.

It works fine for me too but you neeed to use a lot of gas I use around 50 gwei but transaction and it works great

Yes sir i am agree with you in the opinion. I use the etherdelta wallet but I can't get any problem. But few days ago Etherdelta's wallet dns hacked by some illegal person.

although you've increased the gas, you need to make it "enough" for them. not just increase it.
check the latest gas price here https://ethgasstation.info/. I recommend you to follow the gas from that site, at least the same amount of gas.
I also got this problem when cryptokitties hit the network. and then, I follow this step as suggested by my friend, and it solved.

You need to make sure you are on the correct website and after the dns server was re routed to a phishing site I decided to extract all my coins from there and just not use it. If I do use it in the future, I will make a new wallet and just load tokens there to ED, not use the wallets where I hold coins in general, would only use the wallet to send a token to buy or sell one at a time.

Etherdelta went through series of attacks in the early December 2017 from DNS Hacking to DDoS by some losers. Thankfully, they finally fixed everything and now everything is working fine again. 

Ether delta exchange itself is really not the problem. The problem is mainly the Ethereum network itself and all he has to do is to wait and depending on his gas price, the transaction may take some time. However, with trying to deposit even after increasing the gas price, which is something I am not experiencing. Maybe he should just refresh and start all over again. It should work.

I thought it was only me that is having this issue. Ether delta is really a pain and the experience depositing coins for exchange is better experienced than to be explained. I was trying to deposit a coin for exchange for 3 days and in the process i lost all the ether in  my wallet and it was on the fourth day that the order was executed and by that time the price was  down.

Etherdelta is one of the worst exchanges that you can encounter with as a crypto trader. Etherdelta has so many issues like having prototype or pishing site. There are so many crypto users that had been scammed by these fake sites. So we must avoid of using this type of exchange in order to secure our accounts. And if you are going to trade in this exchange better check first the URL before sign in your private key.

Etherdelta exchange is not users friendly slow transferring transaction and every transaction needs to have gas fee even cancel of order has a fee good thing there is a new IDEX which also listed most erc20 coins

I been have the same situation but i tried to refresh many times and then my balance shown there, other my problem with this exchange is so long loading to get the dashboard, sometimes take more than 10 minutes to get in and this is make me not comfortable and waste my times. So now i prefer to trade on Fork delta.
