A great friend of mine is in the buying/selling domain business - I am sure he will give me some insight. I hear GoDaddy does provide hosting at under $10/year. Note: I am not going to be running any type of exchange/anything to do with processing transactions or storing any important information. Edit - I just looked into your signature and am still looking for a developer. If you would like to talk more just shoot me a PM or something.
