Hello.I got some ETH arount $100 from trading in Etherdelta.I want to move that amount of coins to Bittrex.What is the procedure should i use for that.Should i withdraw it before transfer?  ??? ???

etherdelta is using metamask wallet. 
so you need to withdraw from etherdelta contract to your metamask wallet.
from metamask wallet, you can transfer to bittrex.

Is there any possibility to directly transfer from Etherdelta to Bittrex.Why should  i want to use metamask? .I saw it in the top of MEW wallet .But i don't know about it.

What is the problem to make it like @bitofc said? Etherdelta is decentralized exchange so it uses external metamask wallet for the transferring funds in/out from trading smart contracts.

You can use the transfer tab and send it directly to your bittrex ethereum deposit address, but you have to withdraw the fund first using the withdraw tab. Just make sure the address is correct before you send the eth because you can't do anything if you send it to the wrong address.
