Can anyone suggest where and how to buy bitcoin /ethereum from credit card or paypal in middle east countries.

Credit card is accepted at some of the exchanges directly but you can't buy bitcoins with paypal, because  sellers worried about disputes and claims, because Paypal always stands for the buyer's side in connection with crypto, so if the buyer receives the bitcoins after the payment and after starts a claim, paypal will refund the money and will charge the seller. In this case the seller won't have the bitcoins (because the transaction is irreversible) and also won't have the money, because of Paypal.

I don't think you can buy bitcoin with PayPal. It better you look for trusted seller to buy your Bitcoin or eth

I would say using a visa debit card at https://cex.io/ (https://t.co/h2pGxcEcdd) can get you bitcoins to your wallet,
they are trusted company they are expanding with allot of new features as well.

This one needs no ID verification for purchase below 150 USD but doesn't support PayPal.

PayPal doesn't work using this technique. However, you should do a local search for bitcoin sites in your country. There's always one.

You can find online exchange that accept foreign users to use credit /paypal to make purchase for cryptocurrency. Check coinbase to see if it accept your country of resident. It is one of the exchanges that is good in using cards to make purchase for bitcoins and other alternative currencies.

Theres a lot of ATM now where to buy bitcoin though here in my country having bitcoin is just so easy you just need to wire aa money and then convert it to bitcoin. atm of bitcoin is one of the choices along with money wire transfer and also some website are using credit cards to have bitcoin.

- You need to verify your account to be able to buy bitcoin. If you only buy less than $ 120 then just verify the step "Personal Details" only.

Hi! There is this new project I`ve been watching lately. It`s still beta and ICO is only about to happen, but http://streamdesk.io (http://streamdesk.io) is actually working. PayPal and Yandex.Money is pluged in already. Users seemed to be satisfied in their Telegram chat, last time I checked. It`s not working with cards directly, though, you need to make some actions to bind your card to Yandex.Money acc, as far as I know. Only for small worth of btc ~100-400 USD per day.
Very fast and no ID needed. Fees are quite high, but I haven't seen low fees in crypto niche.

I don't know where you can buy bitcoin with PayPal funds. But with the credit/debit cards, there are avenues such coinbase where you can conveniently buy bitcoin with a credit/debit card.
