Title: Do we have an escalation matrix to follow here? Post by: avikz on December 05, 2017, 09:00:35 PM As the subject line says clearly, do we have any escalation matrix in place for the users to follow if they do not get a proper resolution to their issue from a moderator?
Let me elaborate. We have moderators for respective sub forums who are the first point of contract for any issues related to that sub-forum. But in case a moderator is unable to address the issues faced by an user, can he/she escalate the matter to the next level with the hope of a proper resolution? Do we have proper guidelines for it? |
