Hi first you go to the home option then go to marketplace (Altcoins) and click Bounties (Altcoins) and get your project which you want to do easily , Read there instructions and do as they mention in Rules. This is the simplest way to join Bounty program.

for your rank i don't think there is any signature campaign available right now especially  after the augmentation of the Bitcoin value in the last few weeks . I think the minimum rank for signature campaign it Full member 

You can do bounty campaign by blogging, vblogging, etc . Just look for bounty announcements.

you just need to go to project which you want to join signature campaign (condition is your rank was accepted)and then fill form that they require, final you have to go to your profile account and add Signature

In your place, I would try to get a higher rank on the forum. Then you will gain more punch and certainly more people will be able to help you. Participate in the forum and be helpful and certainly will increase your status.

It depends on the campaigne, so just find info about it and after reseach what this campaign is about signing in won't be a problem in my opinion.

There are lot of campaign that you can actually join while you are in Jr.member already just follow the requirements as what they given in the campaign, and also you can find the different types of campaign in the Marketplace here in the forum and choose Bounties (altcoins).

As a Jr. Member you can join about all campaign without signature.  Many bounty manager give us opportunity to join signature campaign also. You have to browse service section and find out those campaign. then apply according to their rules.

first you can search what ICO bounty campaign that you want to apply in bounties(Altcoins) thread
then you can apply in social media, signature, translate campaign, etc
ussualy you can find 'Fill this form' to apply your profil

You can find lot of campaign program forum or project sites. Then, you can participate various campaiagns such as social media, translation, and signature. It’s not hard.

There are many different campaigns that you can apply actually in the forum when you are a junior member. Just follow the requirements stated in each campaigns.

Some will specify particular areas you need to post in. So most will say it has to be in the alt coin or bitcoin section. Not the other areas on the forum.

Most have a requirement of JR member as a minimum. But obviously the higher up you are the more likely you will be to get a place in one.

If you want to apply in signature campaign first step you have to do is develop your rank atleast a jr. Member second step is find a good campaign.  Just research about campaign.

My friend told me that in order for me to be eligible to join signature campaign I need to rank up first at least jr. Member.

Goto altcoin(bounty) section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 you'll find so many campaigns going on and to your question about how to participate, it's just a matter of reading. Read and follow the rules of the campaign that you are eligible for (is not all campaigns that you can join, signature for example- you'll need a higher rank), and then you're good to go. Disobey the rules and you won't get paid. Also remember to join good ones so you don't get scammed
