So I thought someone esle in this forum want to withdraw some USB from their btc-e, So why dont we just save each other some trouble and fees. Here is how I think it gonna works. You can creat a btc-e USD code for a certain amount, So you can exchange code for same amount of cash. 1:1 no fee. Only willing to meet in person in sf bayare. I'm loacled in san jose.
