Title: How to become a Bounty manager?
Post by: Adioliver on December 06, 2017, 02:36:37 PM
Hello guys,
Lately I have grown a great interest towards managing  a bounty campaign.
What do you think is the basic necessities for becoming a bounty manager.
And how much does a bounty manager earn.

I believe you should have at least Hero Member rank to handle some bounty campaign, and of course. You should also have your own portfolio.

Yeah you are right about the portfolio(thanks for the suggestion). But I don't think one's ability of management can be judged by the ranking system of bitcointalk. There are many good managers who had started their managing career when they were just a Member. For example:- Strawbabies.

I disagree about the rank requirements, because so far I have seen bounty managers developing a project with lower bitcoin talk rank. I think the primary requirements is the capabilities or the skills on how you will handle the project. How do you plan to do it, how will you execute the strategic plans and meet the time lines. As a bounty manage, you needed to create a group of people that will do certain task like the admin group. Moreover, you need to have lots of experience with crypto currencies before you will qualify as one of the bounty managers.
