So are you looking for a broker or just a p2p exchange in where you can sell your bitcoins?

You should know that a broker and a p2p exchange are very different things, they dont have anything in common.
In a p2p exchange, you sell your bitcoins face to face just as local bitcoins is doing right now if you find a good seller who is able to do this kind of exchanges.
But a broker, do you know what is that? It is a forex broker, and you are able to put long/short positions.
Try to make a good research before starting this kind of threads that are constantly spamming the site.

I think that bitmex and whaleclub are the best. They don't require id and they accept only bitcoin.

Careful what you say, Whaleclub is a scam user need to exercise extreme caution. This website has engaged in a wide range of deceptive and unethical behaviors. Many review sites review it as legit site while they are scamming their users.

I don't think any such list exists. We have a lot of independent brokers operating in the market. I suggest you to visit localbitcoins website and you will find a lot of individual brokers are listed in that platform. They provide their services independently but uses the platform of localbitcoins. While the brokers operates the money transfer and localbitcoins provide the escrow. So if you are looking to exchange few bitcoins to fiat, you can certainly visit this platform. I have been using their service since a long time now and I was never disappointed.

There are some pretty high volume brokers if you're going to need such a service, as I do think there are placed like GDAX (owned by Coinbase) which is going to easily allow you to go through all of your identity verifications fast and then if you were to call them and explain the nature of your sale they're going to increase limits and let you sell.

I'd check this out if I were you, as I also don't know what country you're in - http://www.bitcointradingsites.net/brokers/

Goodluck! Make sure to check fees and identify verification stuff before you sell as well.
