Maybe the price can still go up by a lot, but i dont know, i have always been looking at this coin as a dead one, it is being high pumped right now, and that is the reason of why it is now worth $8 each.

But that is only because all the altcoins that are on the market did the same on the past, there is nothing changing in here.

I have at least 10 waves, i will hold them for some time, but i dont know.

Agree with OP's excellent chart. WAVES can do very well in 2018 after new DEX, UX and other
hot features  are introduced.

We all optimistic :D we really expect prices to increase as we speak.
if it can x10, new price will 75 dollars. Its not impossible. my personal thoughts will really see those days :)

In next month you will be able to earn like 2/3x more if you invest now cause waves has some good opportunities to just increase in short time.

So only those coins who increased by more than 100% in just a day are the ones who were being pumped? You seriously doesnt have a good concept of "pump"


If you are not aware of it, waves went from $4 to $8,20 in just a week, that is a pump that has been done in just a week. Maybe it is not a "huge" pump like Einstenium or any of those altcoins.

But a x2 in just a week is enough, it is not a dead coin just like the other guy said, but this recent pump is the only increase that it had during the last two months.

I think it's very possible. $50 is not that hard to reach, Waves is performing well. With new upgrades we can even see $100. Always aim for higher.

Waves is developing cutting edge technology, with the release of waves NG this month! Adding to this the new client and dex coming december 13th. Its a rare coin with a product that show its promises and loads of development.

Also I really believe in their roadmap. They solve potential problems, like scalability, before they work on stuff like smart contracts and MS. With loads of developmens coming at 2018 and ethereum crashing (the blockchain itself, not the price), I see waves as true ethereum competitor starting from end of 2018, beginning of 2019. End of 2019 I suspect ethereum like price of sround $400 or more.

This product is not much hype, and loads of delevering, instead of the other way around.

And what is there to think of the alt grew on leaps and bounds. So it is very promising and profitable, I think that the demand for it should be increased, and bribed a bit for the future.

$50 is realistic expectation for next year. $500 is futuristic expectation for next 2-3 years. ;D

Cutting edge technology? The platform is full of bugs, I'm sure you just paraphrased those details from their website or from some article/author who has never even tried waves. Neo and Nem are actually better competitors of ethereum.

If it will be very expensive it can be a problem for its users, now its very cheap to create ICO on waves, and this will be very bad for them.

Why do you think so, what makes Waves possible to achieve such price rise?

For Q1 2018, my target is about $20 for waves. And then I expect a sharp price rally in waves.

Q2 2018 could be $30 and Q4 would result in $70 for waves. In 2019, three digits would show up for waves.

We will see. This year maybe 10$. Next year I expect a partial bearmarket. So maybe 15$ in the end.

My predicction is quite reasonable. 100 USD by December 2018  :)
It will probably raise fast at the first quarter of 2018 to about 50 USD. After release of smart contract it will slow down and will be around 100 USD by end of next year.

I am not sure Waves will be hit $100 next year, but I am optimistic Waves can climb better than today. My prediction Waves, $30 - $60 next year. Why not? Waves can hit maybe $50 in the next year I think, they will have to start getting some adoption on their blockchain for the price to really grow, only so long can they grow on promise, now they need to get some good marketing and fix any bugs and then the use can increase and with it the price.

10x from now price is good enough for waves. I know the recent price is always grow and very small correction and up again.
Actually i put buy limit in lowest low but it never been executed.

My price prediction for WAVES is up to 0.0011-0.0012 level, then a small correction to 0.0009-0.001 and then another rise to 0.0013 at least. By this movement, WAVES will regain it's Septembers value.

Waves has so much potential. $50 is reachable in the coming year.

I personally think that waves will reaches $20 - $25 dollar this year. There alot of thinks happening this month for waves (presetation new client, hardfork, waves-ng activation) and it already showed a steady growth. Plus that there is alot of new money coming in the crypto market and waves is one of best projects at the moment.

I strongly believe in this project. It has anything it needs to be successful: great team, decentralized exchange, token creation, lending and even a multicoin wallet. Its price is rising, but it's still low compared to its value so I'm gonna buy more.

I think its price is gonna rise again to reach at least Ethereum peaks, if not more!

Fully with you on this. I was well prepared to wait an entire year for it to reach $10 but now that seems to have been breached, the next natural target will be $25, given that this year we'll see several objectives on the development roadmap reached. I also predict that a couple of big clients will want to use the Waves platform for their launch, once they understand its current advantages over Ethereum, yes even Eth 2.0.

New money will certainly come in, far more than 2017. Time to buy up Waves is probably now before it hits 100k satoshi again.

Ethereum pumped up really quickly, I think waves will do the same at some point next year. It would be wise to hodl these coins and accumulate more in the dips. When the road map starts to complete it will be in 3 figures as well!

Not only this one apart from BTC and ETH everything was driving the value at same level slowly. But this year end will make everyone confident for buying and holding.
However just keep holding and liquidate when its reach beyond the usual limit and buy again at the dip. Thats the common strategy to make some profit. Its bit hard decide while yo holding for long term.

How do you know when to sell to buy again. im always afraid to do this. Waves reached over $15USD a few days ago, and was ideal to sell ,but i always wonder, what if it keeps rising all the way to $20?  So im never sure if i should sell or not

There's an official announcement made back in Summer and some blog posts and paid posts.

I believe the whole crypto market will grow about 10x in 2018 so waves will be around 100-130$ by the end of next year using that assumption.

Based on the chart presentation, their predictions for the year 2017 is in positive. Even though its value is far enough compared to eth but still it's slowly keep rising. I think this waves will probably a competitive crypto due to its potential growth just like the other crypto.

waves will have prices not far from the initial price. It is because the waves are very difficult change either up and down. tend to be long and the changes need to be patient.

Waves is a project in which developers do not talk about success and try to do them to the maximum, although the coin itself is still far from ideal. And about the price, and the coin is underestimated, but it does not mean that it will so rapidly rise, but if we see the growth trend before the end of the year and raise to $ 50 this will be a success.

Maybe a nice altcoin indeed waves but don't move as fast as the other altcoin, thus investing in waves should simply be patient. for this year it looks like the price will be increased two-fold.

if waves doesn't hit 100dollars it failed, roadmap is incredible and with each day more people use waves dex,after smart contracts lot of projects will go for waves,more trading pairs and liquidity on dex will help a lot,so anything under 100 is underpreforming

I am really expecting to see Waves' price really high in the future. In my opinion, it has a great potential. Although its price is not looking good now, I hope that it will reach a price which is more than $20 in a near future.

Waves all time high is 240726 satoshi ($48 if 1BTC $20000) so $50 in 2018 is not exaggerative at all. There will be more hype after HW support and smart contracts in my opinion.

Waves transaction volume is too low. So the volume is very low compared to 2 months ago. Waves era will rise later. I think those who have enough patience will profit.

I agree with you. I used to believe in this project too, but now I realized that this coin is already obsolete. There are already several similar projects, which are more successful than WAVES.

Waves is a project that can cost up to $ 100. This is my thought. I actually hoped that you could go to these price levels much earlier, but I still have hope.

WAVES has not taken off properly at all. Its biggest gains are still ahead. Expecting

DEX is amazing. It is a good platform. Many ICO's come there! I think its now the best time to buy Waves. It standing in the top 30, and the price is low.

In my opinion Waves is one of the most interesting projects out there, its supply is quite low and its team is working hard for further development. I wouldn't be surprised if the price of 1 Waves will reach 100$ by the end of this year..

Waves are no longer popular in the past. Many similar projects have already appeared. Waves has to bring something new. This condition is to be strong in the bull market. Or he can stay behind.

You opened this thread some time ago and I think then, the general bearish market conditions this 2019 was not put into consideration.  Waves really do very well in November and December 2017 and like other coins we were expecting it to make another upwards movement in 2019 but that was not the case.  The Dex has been in place and I was expecting pump but it has been limited by the happenings in cryptocurrencies market.  I believe in the future of waves and one day it will be trading above $100!
