Title: Is there a lightweight client like MultiBit for Litecoin?
Post by: cWq34#9tH-3 on July 10, 2013, 06:07:10 PM
I'm searching for a lightweight client for Litecoin that is similar to multibit - which is a client that doesn't require you to download the blockchain. Anyone know where I can find one? Thanks.

We seriously need a multibit version for those of us that use linux on usb and tails because running the standard btc client is just not practical for us. And I don't even know if it would work: 1. It would hog resources (both in disk space and ram) and make running your os from USB impractical. 2. It would probably compromise security and defeat the purpose of using tails.

Don't think so, devs from Multibit should definitely look into making one.
