The Best option is www.miningrigrentals.com

Forget nicescam.com. After that, They are definitely unreliable

Yeah they can be as I have also used miningrigrentals few times before to rent some mining rigs to mine new coins on early days.

Paying rate? They are not cloud mining platform. You can rent out your rigs or can rent some rigs to mine coins you like. Obviously you will not get profit with those rigs if you are only willing to rent them to mine bitcoin, ethereum like coins.

Why not mine altcoin instead since nicehash is just a software to automated switch if what is algo are profitable..
Did you try to mine altcoin instead use claymore thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1670733.0
And here is for ethereum or other altcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925.0
And after you mine good amount sell your altcoin in bitcoin.. you can get more profit than using 3rd party software like nicehash or what they recommend.

There is WinMiner but they are having problems accepting new user. They stated that they are getting overwhelming requests to use their service and I bet many of them are from Nicehash problem which I am reading on right now as I don't mine with them. They are the same as Nicehash where they do everything for you, you only have to do the initial setup and benchmarks and nothing else.

There are big differences between so called "cloud miners" and platforms like nicehash and miningrigrentals. That is very important to know. Nicehash and miningrigrental offer platforms for users, who offer their
hardware power und users, who rent the power. Nicehash and miningrigrental don't provide contracts, but platforms for described uses. Cloudminers are companies, who offer contracts for their own hardware. But I only know three of them who seem to offer real hardware: Genesis, Hashflare und eobot. Actually Hashflare seems also to turn into scam. Back to miningrigantal and Nicehash: They are profitable for those, who offer their hardware for rent (depending on electricity costs). Users, who rent their mining power mostly don't do that for profits, but to mine for fun or exchange fiat money to prefered coin indirectly.
