Anyone able to successfully use EtherDelta in the last day or so.  I know Crypto Kitties is clogging up the Ethereum blockchain but it's crazy that I can't even use EtherDelta.  I can't deposit ETH into my trading account; was hoping to pick up a few alt-coins during the bloodbath.

everything is suffering, even transfers out of mew. not been able to do anything on enslisting or namebazaar either.

Yes most people had problems, I personally do not use etherdelta, you likely to make losses accidentally when you are using it.

I know it's sound crazy but it's Crypto Kitties fault. I try to use EtherDelta exchange today and only when I set the GAS price to 50 gwei I was able to complete successful transactions. I paid for 3 transactions 7.5$ and I don't think Ethereum Network will immediately back to normal - right now is 22.600 pending transactions

Etherdelta is a powerful trading platform for Etherum and the altcoin on the etherum platform. I know there is a serious trading block with etherum and this is reducing the value of etherum a lot. I think this issue will be resolved soon and you will be using Etherdelta again.

Yeah same here.Been stuck for 3 days already.Can't withdraw my funds.I have been losing a lot of opportunities because of this traffic in the blockchain.Hopefully this would be solved soon.

yes i am using etherdelta and i like this exchange because it is very easy to use and very simple i think it is a newbie refuge.

You may put a little gas price for your transaction and it will never be confirmed due to the blockchain of ethereum already bloated. By the way as you can see about the fact that majority of person just try to increase the transaction fees right now. I was using etherdelta smoothly by increaseing my transaction fees.

Been in same boat regarding any transactions using MEW. Tokens are especially difficult to transfer at the moment. Not going to pay $7+ to get my funds moved about it's turning ETH into BTC!

I haven't used etherdelta lately but in some other platforms, transactions are also going crazy. Taking eth in and out of the platform takes long er than expected; took me the entire day to successfuly take my eth out of a platform and in to my mew account. I don't really know what's happening but i hope this craziness will end soon.

All ethereum blockchain suffer from kittens , I hope devs will find the way how to resolve this problem in the future .

There are lots of transactions as onconfirmed like you also mentioned. This is because of those pet games and ethereum devs have to find a solution to this problem. We can't trade on etherdelta, we can't make token transfers, ethereum fee is extremely high.

The problem is that most new ERC20 coins are only listed on EtherDelta and with the alt-coin crash I can pickup some coins at a good discount.  That means I have to move soon... but to pay $7 just to transfer my Ether into the trading account is crazy.  Someone call the pound and round up all these kittens!!!

Using Etherdelta too. I can't transfer to my myetherwallet address. Set a high gasprice, but it's not working. Error not enough ethereum for transactions. It is not true. Anyway, waiting when developers solve the problem with transactions.

yes, I use etherdelta to do trading, because I think trading in etherdelta is very nice and easy. because we can determine the price itself and can determine which price we want to buy, because in etherdelta everything is manual, nothing is automatic. and in etherdelta also directly connect with our private key so we are not difficult to withdraw or deposit altcoin that we want to trade.

ETH processing stopped due to high load on ETH network. Processing will resume when network load reduces. Using Etherdelta will still give you such delay so wait a bit.

I use etherdelta every day and now is so frustrating that not been able to make transactions, very bad for ETH

Yes I use etherdelta everyday to do trading. Many people encounter that problem someone said that you need to higher your gas price like 30-50 gwei I tried that its okay sometimes but sometimes its pending like an hour so for now the etherdelte not stable.

Sad to say but Ethereum was choked by kitty transactions. I would suggest not to transact until the current situation didn't back to normal.

I have not used it, because there are some coins that must be exchanged through etherdelta. but yesterday after entering, I think the way is more complicated than the others

Etherdelta is the first exchange that I've been used before until now, it is a good exchange for me but I also used other exchange because some altcoins are not listed on them.

I think a lot of that use etheredelta to transact, because etherdelta is one of the early market that usually become a new coin entry and not yet release in big market. so I think a lot of etherdelta users.

Many uses ED it l holds all erc20 tokens given away from airdrop.. But since last last day we are all having hard time to deal with ed due to congested network caused by cryptokittes.. Hope this will be fix soon..

I used only etherdeta to sell all my tokens because in this site you can easily transact and to withdraw. But recently there is a traffic or delaying my transaction. But so far so good it runs very smooth and the fee is very low.

Use 50-60 GWEI and your transactions will be successful.

etherdelta is the main reason why etherium network was really congested and slow because many users are using it to do transaction by selling or trading their token and altcoins and now it was really clogged up evenly because of these cryptokitties because majority of people are really curious about this game to they think that they can earn etherium here much better than trading and investing in crypto. i believe people will eventually soon switch to bitcoin and completely leave altcoin if this problem still occurs and wont fix in the future and maybe this is the reason why bitcoins value is surging verry fast thesedays. @op i highly suggest is try to increase the gwei or gas fee when sending from mew to ed but if it still stuck then try to use some transaction accelerator , if all fails then you used try to use another exchange.

Not only Etherdelta all exchanger doing problem. I gave withdraw AMM coin from orderbook.io to MEW. But after 3 days it was came to my MEW. On the other hand another coin i wanted to transfer Hitbtc exchanger from My MEW. Still pending. I think MEW account is too slow now and thats why problem. Another coz may be BTC rate is so high.

Not an exchanges is a problem, but the ethereum networks is so busy to transaction progress.
If do you want to get fast transaction, need increase GAS LIMIT.

I stopped using Etherdelta as soon as I could, I don't like the clunky interface and I don't like that your trades expire after a set period of time. Also you have to pay transaction fees for every single movement inside the wallet.

The only people using it are people dumping their free bags or people hoping to get crazy discounts

I think the problem is not ether delta, or other exchangers, but the problem is cryptokitties affecting the MyEtherWallet (MEW), so sad, now i want to deposit some of my tokens to sell but i can't even withdraw or deposit anything. I wish i have deposited my tokens earlier before launching those cryptokitties. I don't know if the buying and selling of tokens is affected by the cryptokitties because one of my tokens that i had deposited earlier before, i have placed an order on it this morning. It is now in the transaction process.. hopefully one would buy it so that i could know if the selling or buying order is affected by current situation.

for me this is a problem that is really annoying when everyone has trouble doing outbound transactions in mew. I am one of them and can only wait until everything recovers as before.

I have tried to make deposit into my etherdelta account but it is not going through I think something is wrong some were and the token I am holding is dropping too fast to the level that I don't know. I hope this is currected soonest as etherdelta is were I do trade my token. Maybe people are trying to steal fund from people account and etherdelta is upgrade it system.

Etherdelta is quite famous in term of trading and exchanging, but for now, I think they are suffering from security issues. Thankfully I haven't experienced one. It's still good, we just have to he careful.

How very dare you Sir.  Don't ever put your $hitcoin in the same sentence as the mighty BTC!  In BTC we have a store of value.  The only thing your $hitcoin has is kittehs.

i used to trade a lot on ed. but last few days it was too annoying. i also lost trust in ethereum a bit. what will happen if new games are developed?

I heard it is still possible. But don't expect for fast transactions. And gwei should be set atleast 55gwei to avoid so much delays

I am regularly using etherdelta and not face any problem till now but from yesterday, there is a transfer problem. Transfer taking long time due to heavy congestion and when that over, it start working normal.

one of biggest advantages from eth was his low fees. sure now its also cheaper than btc. but the fact that i have to use 55 gwei now is terrible. i can't make my own speed decision anymore.

I am not using it lately but i have couple of friends who had problems while using Etherdelta. Ethereum network is not working like it supposed to do. That's because of this thing called crpyo kitties or whatever but i think it's a temporary problem and it will be fixed soon.

I am using EtherDelta but nowadays because of some cats transactions are getting messy for me.
I will wait for an update on ethereum network. Sending tokens are really expensive for now.

You just need to increase your gwei and gas limit a little bit in order to get the transactions through. The network is congested but its not nearly as bad as many people make it out to be. We just gotta learn to live with a little bit higher fees until the ethereum devs come up with a good scaling solution (bitcoin is suffering the same problem right now).

People are hard to trade with using Ethereum because that. Someone says that Crypto Kitties holds over 10% of the total ETH that makes each transaction delayed. Even if using more gas. Trade on Etheredelta not recommended right now wait the issues fix.

this game with seals is just awful ... it kills the etherium network ... the load on the network very strongly slows the transfer of tokens :'(

try to increase gas price to 50.
Because ethereum mobility for now very hight, if we transfered the token / eth with normal gas (21)...i think that will be fail or pending

Only one positive moment is that 18 655 pending transactions right now and seems like amount of transactions are reducing, but it's too early to rejoice as two days ago were less transactions than yesterday..

I use etherdelta but its really slow. remember we are at the beginning. I remember when cell phones where like carrying a brick. enjoy these early days guys!

Increasing the gas price is the only way for now because there's a lot of pending transaction and the amount hasn't go down for the last 4 days. The fee will be way expensive than usual but that's the only way. The cons is you can't do microtransaction because the cost will be too high. It's been a problem since june when there's a lot of icos and i only hope they can solve this problem asap.

I am a regular user of Etherdelta. I never face any problem in etherdelta. But I heard from last two days that so many people are facing problem in transaction or transfer. I heard this is all due to some technical problem in back end. At present many transactions is pending showing. Until and unless those pending transactions completed the problem will remain. I hope it will sort out soon.

I am using it, but don't like it so much because slow  eth network. Normally I just set 8 gwei gas price, but now if we want success tx we must using 50 gwei. Too expensive.

I set the gas price to 50 and my transaction went through but it costs a lot that i have to think twice before putting up orders and moving my tokens. The pending transaction is still a lot and hasn't go down since three days ago so i expect this problem will last quite a long time.

It is because now ETH blockchain is facing some serious issues with their network. It will take some time to get back on the track, already the team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, these are temporary issues and will be resolved very soon.

When this kitty thing came up I was trading on EtherDelta for one more day with very high tx fees, it worked still this way. However I stopped my trading there for the time being, this is no fun anymore. Its just frustrating when you want to trade and everything is so delayed. I just hope that this issue will be resolved soon in one way or another.

Hey, I am using etherdelta, and as what I've think it is useful and I think it is also safe, etherdelta is connected with myetherwallet, once we already have myetherwallet we can sign in in etherdelta so we can convert our token to eth.

A lot of alternative coins in comming are support ERC 20 token. So we can exchange it by EtherDelta.
It's easy to use and safty. But charge of transaction is only the problem

This is really bad for ethereum user, for the past week almost all token price was dropped significantly and lost many volume because of this major problem

But in case you still want to do some transaction please make sure to raise the gas by checking ethgasstation.info to check the minimum safe gas price at that specific time. Hope it helps ;)

Kinda sucks to pay 4 gwei minimum for a transaction huh. I too was trying to trade some of my tokens on ED yesterday but refrained from doing so after learning of those transaction backlogs. I'm going to wait out this stupid fad before trading again, it's very risks right now I suppose.

But it is very dependable on Ethereum network.And today CryptoKitties (saints...) took control over Ethereum and fully in charge.
That really gives us a picture how some blockchain giants still need to be improved.

This crypto kitties thing is really causing some serious mess in the Ethereum traffic. Ethereum is already busy and sometimes there are even serious delays. And now they are adding up some useless add-ons to the traffic. I mean, I don't really mind them making up something like that for as long as the more important transactions will not be affected or even sacrificed.

Many people don't like it but honestly, I could never truly understand why.

In my opinion it is an awesome tool, which utilize the best ideas of blockchain and smart contracts. It is decentralized and is trustless, what do you need for a good exchange? Of course, right now it suffers from Eth network congestion but that is global issue not related to EtherDelta Only.
