Pyramining already installs new hardware and in nearest future you will be able to assess all power of ASICs without waiting of post delivery and f-ing with configurating of hardware and software.

While I really like and honor hard defined terms and contracts, there should always be some space for common sense due to human nature. I don't want to turn this into an OT discussion, but just think about the effects of a typo. "Hi there, I bid 40 BTC / AM direct share" ... I'm sure, you see, what I want to say. I think OP learned his lesson and will make up clearer terms next time. To OP: I think the best way to go would have been to define minimum specs.
