            setgenerate true 或者'setgenerate true <thread-limit> thread-limit为线程数。如果是两线程就 setgenerate true 2 , 其他类推。
          如果散热良好，你就直接 setgenerate true ,全速挖。

           获取挖矿速度信息：键入 getmininginfo 即可。

When did I say I would stop primecoin development? Go back to the prerelease annoucement, I specifically said both ppcoin and primecoin would have dedicated long term support.

primespersec是速度，我的是429pps。

请大家不要一味追求速度，一味提高cpu的性能，是否挖到矿，不单由primespersecond决定的。
getmininginfo能知道primespersecond到底是多少，台式机的i5 cpu一般在500以上，笔记本的要弱很多。

不容易呀。我的四台电脑大概在一小时前终于挖到了一块，15.65XPM，正在等成熟。
另外一台电脑从昨晚到现在一直获得以下的信息，一直停留在25020块，我还以为睡一觉就好了，但今晨发现，还停留在25020块，一气之下关闭了程序。

为啥一直停留在一个块上不动呢？请高人来解答。

另外我证明烂电脑也可以挖，再烂也可以挖，我今天挖到的就是一个烂电脑挖到的。大家不要以为追求pps。

通过几天的实践，我发现以下几个规律：

（1）理论上CPU性能越好，相对而言容易挖到些。但完全看人品，烂CPU也能挖到，因此叫他 “人品币”。人人可以参与，但是否挖到，看人品。现在越来越难挖了。难度为7.98822683。
（2）挖到的块不一定是你的。需要320个确认后，才是你的。一共需要3200个确认才会成熟，大概需要10小时。
（3）发送XPM很块，几分钟就确认好了。这是XPM的一个优势之一。交易的手续费为0.01XPM。
（4）目前只能用CPU挖，不能用GPU挖。且还没有矿池。


如果在我qq群里的谁谁谁连续挖了3天以上没有挖到的。请留言求安慰。我送0.04XPM给您。加上0.01XPM的手续费，应该是没人0.05XPM。数量有限，先来先得。
但必须是我qq群里的，且连续挖了三天没有挖到的。

在控制台输入 getdifficulty ， 获取难度信息。

看来 PrimeCoin-XPM 这个山寨币挺靠谱。不到一周时间，放出2个windows版本和1个linux版本。

stuck blockchain, 你的客户端版本不是SK发布的吧，前面有人发布的版本存在这个问题。去下载SK新发布的优化版。

话说vircurex不是与btc-e和mtgox齐名的世界三大比特币交易网站么，为啥innovation兄说它钓鱼偷币呢，有啥链接能证明这帮俄国人在偷币么？
我本来还想在vircurex上交易呢，看了楼主的帖子不太敢了。

The growth of mining power on the primecoin network is enormous that I am speechless right now. This is due to a combination of more computers joining the network and continued miner improvements.

Some people raised the question that why difficulty is not adjusted fast enough. The difficulty adjustment speed is calibrated to maximize security while keeping a reasonable adjustment speed. If it adjusts too fast it would be easier to manipulate difficulty for the purpose of reducing the cost of 51% attack, and other oscillation inducing mining exploits.

The current difficulty is approaching the step-up to difficulty 8 (about to happen today). This means within the first week the difficulty already adjusted by about 30x, from initial difficulty 7 at the release, not all that slow at all. However, the mining power on the network has grown about 1000x from the first day of the network. That's why we are seeing the block spacing gradually dropping to the seconds range. The orphan rate on the network is expected to stay relatively high for the next couple of days, while difficulty plays catchup to the growth of mining power on the network.

This phenomenon is a one-off occurrence, could last another week. It likely would not happen again in the future.

So let watch and celebrate the cross to difficulty 8 today

其实是求不到的。正如一个人所说：
The people with the skills to write a gpu miner also have the skills to build gpu rigs. And if they have a good gpu miner they are making a killing right now on current prices.

Sharing the miner code is a long term strategy which will only appeal to many people when they seen their returns dropping significantly. Some people love to share and help other people out, even if it means they miss the shot term possibility, but they are in the minority.

I think the gpu miners will come out when someone thinks the tips or code sales would bring in more than their mining rig.

I'm surprised it's taken this long actually. How long did it take until the litecoin gpu miner was released?

大意是，如果能整出GPU挖primecoin程序的，并不差几张显卡设备的钱。因为他们有primecoin的定价权。

此外，从前面所说的，Sunny King本人也愿意以市场价格收购XPM。

因此，完全可以判断，目前没有GPU挖XPM的程序在。

xpm才出来10来天，币值还是挺高的

主要是这个primecoin币的想法非常好，不再做垃圾运算。发布者Sunny King也是一个很认真的人，且ppc也是他发布的。

具体原因没不知道，因为xpm的价格一度低迷，导致我对xpm快失去信心了。
