Title: 1 BTC
Post by: minec0in on July 11, 2013, 04:46:07 PM
Hello.

I came across Bitcoin about a month ago, and I became very interested in it. I installed Bitcoin wallet and got my address. As for mining, my video card is rated at 12MH/s, so it is not profitable.
And then I found USB ASIC miners - Block erupters and since then I always wanted one. I cant really afford to buy 1 myself so I put my wallet address in my signature for any donations.

Now I would like to ask if there is any way I can earn some free Bitcoins? I would like to have about 1.1 Bitcoin, so I can order 1 Block erupter.

I can do really cool 3D texts, so if anyone is interested please let me know.

Here are some sample of 3D images:

I would question the point of owning a BE: Ideally you run it with a rPi. So consumption at around 10W  (including PSU) is not so much of an issue. About .25kw/h per day of non-stop operation. However it might be well over 150 days before the BE paid for itself. Another 50 days or so for the pi. During that time you had to pay for 50kw/h. Another 10-20 days. All provided that there won't be a flood of asic devices pushing the difficulty even further (the current trend doesn't look exactly linear). Take your BTC and trade it, the daily spread gives you more than a BE could ever generate.

A Block Eruptor is an investment for mining, So unless your asking others to invest for you...  also, your logos look great I'm sure you can get some sales in Services.

As far as I know there aren't any of those free bitcoin sites that will actually give you 1BTC... that would take you YEARS of work.

I suggest you go look into the services section of this forum and find some "jobs" there are ones you get paid 0.40 BTC per month, just for posting!
