Post by: Furious on July 12, 2013, 03:59:38 AM I got the email with tracking notification 29June on Saturday,note to my order is DHL:8922041870, but its not my tracking number, I live in Ukraine, not USA SACRAMENTO. My order 2933. Where is my unit??? SUPPORT ticket is #1276

Post by: crazyearner on July 12, 2013, 04:26:22 AM Have you tried contacting DHL with the details for the order did you b mistake put wrong shipping details in somewhere or someone else accessed your account and changed the details around. provide them with the weigh bill number if you got one. If their sending you, you should also get a call off them 1 to 2 days before they are shipping to confirm you personal details with you and also confirm payment for import tax and at this point they can make any corrections to the shipping however they will require proof of order proof of address etc.

I called DHL. They have not seen anything until 06.07. Premise must be of Beijing. Load not in my name. Cargo is delivered |
