Hello Friends.My kraken account is closed two days.I write technical support on kraken.but there was no return.I am in difficulty because I can not enter the account.Please help me.sorry for my bad English

What did they say why was it locked? Since you opened a new account only to ask this question, there must be something you did to deserve it.

Locked and closed have different meanings first of all, so please clarify whether it is locked or closed. A locked account means an account that was locked due to suspicious logins and/or some misunderstanding like false KYC document/s or something else and once you clear it, you can have it unlocked. But closed means that once your account is gone, it's gone forever and they only close an account they think of which is involved in any fraudulent activities or transactions.

They haven't posted their phone number so the only way to reach them is through support ticket and wait for their answers.

I clicked (my mistake) Lock Your account link in withdrawal address approval mail.
