Lol, so you think Stratis will just copy ETH exactly? Not going to happen! I like Stratis and own a few, but it doesn't work like that. Stratis will start to pump as their masternodes, including the smaller 1000 coin ones are released. Stratis has the best dev documentation by far for smart contracts.

Stratis is a great project and is among the best blockchain platforms IMO, but no way it will pump as fast and hard as Ethereum did.
I see 3 major factors that have driven Ethereum to new heights (and continue to):
1. The permanent PoW emission attracts new investors and ensures larger coverage. Anyone with a couple GPUs might become an investor.
2. Ethereum was the first chain to deploy smart contracts and dApps. Count in here all the demand for ICOs.
3. The Ethereum pumps happened around political events - Korean listings, Buterin's visit to Russia and the meeting with Putin, etc.

Stratis long-term holder and believer here. But, no way! I don't buy into these charts. I just checked and Stratis and Waves actually FELL the lowest of all my alts in this current decline. Which is a kick in the guts for me because I am a huge believer in both these platforms. ETH is doing well simply because it is well known and well used. Imagine when people switch to Stratis or Waves and see what a huge improvement they can be.

This is just the big wave of alt movements that both coins are following (and now retreating). Don't think 102 days is enough time for a moon. I'm waiting for way longer than that. Try 1000 days!

Nice :) what a great observation. Stratis has so many potentials but the issue is sometimes you don't compare two different coins and expect the same result. You have made a good observation but there is no guarantee Stratis is going to become successful like Ethereum in the estimated time.

I dont have any doubt about stratis project, but the big question is. Can stratis compete with other platform. The competitor is eth, neo, ark, ardor and the other will become big competitor is aethernity, tezos, boscoin and exscudo. It also already give the early àdipter 1000x their dollar. And obaidian which is the first project on top of stratis look not good enough

Nothing is impossible in this madness world , IOTA was on 0.3$ last month , but it went up to 6$ peak this month, what if its still gonna go up to a new high ? Nobody can tell , thats what makes crypto interesting!

Let's just wait until it happens there are more good things that will happen to STRATIS but I don't think that it will gonna be like from what it done from ETHEREUM but if your speculation might come to be true then that would be good for STRATIS then investing and mining (if ever it can be mined) will be a good move to have it.

The Market went up  over 430b $  thats HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY.
New waves of investors , new money ... You cant imagine the pump power once the crowd join in the party , never underestimate man. Once Stratis platform is fully ready , Dapps , Icos run on stratis . You think those new investors wait for the price to go down and invest  ? Nah they gonna fomo and buy the shit out of it.  

Opportunity only comes once, just like ETH at 15-20$ , after that first bullrun to 46$ , it never ever come back down to 20$ again...

Agree, both coins do not have any correlation, and it's not going to work this way. While there is still more news and releases in the coming week, I'm sure the price will rise soon. And also on the daily chart, it has broken its downtrend, found its bottom and started to turn, it's really a good thing.

Well, I don't think it would be the same height as ETHEREUM. From ETHEREUM then nebylo almost strong competitors. So it is now a large Alliance. A huge army of fans.
And graphics you a stretch were painted on they were different.
I think that Stratis will grow. HE is one of the best. Platform which can help the real business it will grow. I think around 50 $ it will cost in 2018.

Stratis is the best candidate for top 5 coinmarketcap next year imo , or even top 3.
It has everything what the other projects hoping for , a good project with awesome developers , also really strong community support!

I am here to speculate Stratis also but I need to add that ethereum is something very special. There will never be 2nd ethereum. Don't think Stratis like that. Stratis is for high level businesses.

I am true fan of stratis, it is my best coin. 102 days is very long time, I think it will go the moon before 102 days. It may be bigger than ethereum in the future

While stratis can experience some growth and you could draw some similarities to ethereum you cannot simply assume that it will follow the same growth, it's a very unscientific method of mapping out stratis' growth and I'd be amazed if it were to happen. There are so many differences that are unaccounted for that I just cannot see it being the case.

When Business adopt the new platform , Dapps , Icos run on Stratis . 6-8$/strat is abit too cheap dont you think ?
Stratis even can solve alot problems happens with ETH riGht now, for example the CEO already confirmed about the fund lock concept , When some projects finished their ICO fundraise , the Stratis coins will be locked until some milestones can be reached , that time the fund can be unlocked ! Thats totally awesome , will reduce alot of scams imo! People will trust that ICo platform more.
Next is about scalability , Eth network now got overloaded due to some fucking cryptokittes lol. Thats not a problem with Stratis 's Sidechains , more info about sidechains will come soon.
Btw stratis can give privacy solution for Bitcoin,  the king of crypto atm , people now underestimate this so much , but not for long.
ETH is the first but not the first always the best.  Once people realize about the problems eth having right now , Stratis is one of the best candidate can fix that.

It's possible but who knows. Personally I think that it was too much IMO but seeing how ethereum had gone up to that price range, then I think it is possible. Even so, there are many contenders that are likely to also be future ethereum so I think it ain't gonna be like that yet. Waves and other contenders like NEO are most likely be the ones who will compete with Stratis. There is also other possible altcoins that might steal the attention of market from it. For now let's watch the news about crypto, it will tell if this prediction will come true or not.

I like these Ethereum analogue charts even though all analogues stop working at some point.
Nvertheless, agree that STRAT is a great buy below $10 and can go up lot higher in 2018.

Actually I am also thinking that will really Stratis be the next ETH? It is quite impossible because everything can be only 1 and especially those are already leaders will lead and rest of them will just follow. If it happens or even reach anywhere close to ETH the project will be considered as highly successful as per my understanding

Of course, it does not have to wait for 102 days before Stratis will start moving toward the sky. Stratis has been moving greatly in the whole month of November, as a matter of fact. This December the movements of Stratis are also amazing, although not really creating another fantastic rounds, but I noticed how it survived the red days that happened one or two days ago.

Predicting the next Ethereum is always going to be very difficult! I doubt the people who had Eth when it was $10 would be that confident it would hit close to $500 in a relatively short period of time.

Stratis is great, and I only have a handful, but would be thrilled if it jumped higher - I think it is a great product.

Yea, regardless of competition from ETH or other smart contract tokens - strat has and continues to have a solid development team who are regularly posting updates and plans for their holders and community.

They have a very solid 2018 roadmap, I would expect a healthy run up to 15-20$ in Q1 2018, which is more realistic than some of the speculation I see happening here.

I just bought some more Stratis and waiting for it to fly high. I am trusting it fully with my heart. Its gonna next big thing after ethereum in 2018 and people will love it!

My body is ready for this move.

Those first charts show 100% volatility for ethereum and 400% volatility for stratis.

They how that ethereum (in USD price) made a slow progress from price at start of chart to eventual small pullback, consolidation and rise again.

Stratis rocketed out of its ICO and then pulled back to 25% value before gaining volatility and price appreciation again.

Not saying it wont happen stratis is just alot more unstable and hard to compare to ether, far more risk.

I just realize this coins potential and it seems really great now. I hope ı can buy some before 2018, because Stratis has good future, no doupt. Some people says it  will be like ethereum. I hope it will.

Better before Q1 2018 Or you will never buy this price again just like ETH 20$.

Stratus is a great project and will moon. However, to think that it will copy Ethereum is just silly. ETH is a major player in the cryptoworld, and strains won't be able to mirror its $7 to $700 climb...

I had my doubts about stratis for a while. I found them hyped too much.
But the last few months it was quiet and based on the results at the moment, I think a comparison with ethereum is not a crazy thought.
So I'm glad I didn't sell anything.

Ethereum was the first also one of the most sucessful project ever , the thing Stratis team trying to do is to make platform easy to everyone , mainly focus on enterprise with C#, the good thing that Stratis will solve some of Eth current problems like Scalabiity with sidechains , give a privacy solution for transactions with tumblebit....for more details come and look at their Github , its open to everyone.  Stratis is a great project and you cant deny it.

Yes I think Stratis will definitely go a long way although I am kind of hesitant about the comparison with Ethereum but I have a positive gut feeling about this coin next year, as well as Ethereum too. I invested a little on this coin but I'm just going to have to leave it for a couple more years and just wait great news about this coin too.

The issue here is that so many Stratis holders are die hard fan and are blind to see the truth about their beloved token,  personally I believed Stratis is extremely over valued nothing on the ground to justified the current market cap

It wont happen, ETH is only one of its kind like bitcoin. But in February the first ICO on stratis should be live and that my friends is going to kick the Stratis to Mars. My guess is about 100 Dollars.

The big problem with this comparison and calculation is fundamental reasons for so much growth. I don't say tt's impossible. It's crypto it could be, but I remember that growth of ETH. There were so many ICOs on the ehtereum platform already. So many projects. Stratis is strong platform and I like it but I'd set the goals based on the fundamental reasons and expectations + TA.

Nope , even with fundamental reasons , Stratis would be rocket fucking hard , based on their platform will be ready before Q1 2018 , their Sidechains gonna solve slot of Eth's problem  :), Dapps Icos run on their platform end of january - february , announce partnership with enterprises .... The Product is COMING. So with my calculations , 2-3 more months till the true moon is Not something impossible.

Stratis is one of the most ambitious project with a talented and hard working team ever in crypto , so its pretty sad if some of shitty projects without any products sit on top of it on coinmarketcap.... Three digits price in 2018 , Mark my words.

Agreed. I find it extremely difficult to find some basis for this type of strong growth. I know people say there is little rationale, little logic, and that technical analysis is broken for crypto - but the Bitcoin bearish market now is correctly, and quite accurately, predicted by TA. So yes, I also like Stratis, I have some and hold it for its potential. But it always worries me when it rises like this, without any clear underlying reason. Just as I was worried when Bitcoin shot to 20k and now am a bit relieved it is taking time to recover to 15k.

I think there might be a little connection in this your analysis and we hope it happens the way ethereum get pump this year. Many of this old coins may get serious bullish momentum by next year. I have been following  stratic and lisk has been doing well since the middle of this year and since this has been happening I believe that 2018 is a year that we would have another boom in cryptocurrency market and stratis is not going to be lift behind. Stratis has a very good teams and technological knowing how and by holding it you will see and have a great profits by this time next.

I see that yet expensive to buy massively at the moment, as its adoption is clearly far fro other coins, like NEO for example.
That said, I beat myself cause I was excited about the only blockchain project developed in C# and I bought 25 coins when it was 0.60 and I really believed in it.
25x since then :(

Honestly if you don't buy after reading these slack messages then you're hopeless.  All you need to do is HODL with that information!!

Long holders will benefits a lot as the team will provide more updates, I think knowing how to ride with the swing with some portions of our investment and hold much larger amount will both give us great profits, stratis is both for long and short terms traders just know the very basic and enjoy supporting this project.
