can i make more then 1 account on bitcointalk.org ?

If I remember correctly technically it’s not for bidden to have more than one account, but it can and is frowned upon. The reason for that is some members farm up accounts with spammy messages Enough to where they can join a signature campaign, then they either continue spamming or sell it off anonymously to another user. In my opinion multiple accounts just kind of promotes spam.

No way。 This is not allowed. A computer can only apply for one account.

It is better not to make multiple accounts, as it will only lead to more spam in this forum. The more accounts you have, the less quality your posts become. Just stick to one account if possible. Some other people have two accounts, a main account for personal use and an alt account for the purpose of promoting their service or project.

This isn't true. You are currently free to create as many accounts as you wish as per forum rules, but if you make low quality contributions from one of them you risk having them all banned. Some campaigns forbid you from using multiple ones to claim bounties etc so make sure you read their terms as you can still get negative feedback from users if they feel you were abusing campaigns.

But it doesn't mean that if you create more than one we will be painted a negative trust. As far as I know even Administrator, Global Staff, Staff Moderator, etc has more than one account.

You will only get that negative trust if you abuse like giveaways, contest, bounties, etc.
