Title: 12 AMD GPU on Win 10?
Post by: OhMyHolyToken on December 08, 2017, 08:19:30 PM
Hi,

Last AMD driver support 12 GPU on Win 10.

This is only for 5xx and Vega cards? Can I use 12x R9 280? Or 7x 280 + 5x RX580 on Win 10?

Any ideas?

Thanks

well if you're windows detects them and you have enough PSU and virtual memory you can use multiple miners to mine with 12 GPUs mining monero with r9 ones and eth with rx ones.

Like the poster said... if your windows 10 can detect them, you are good to go.

Any confirmation that Windows can detect 12 280 cards with the last drivers?

If Windows doesn't work out for you,  I highly recommend ethOS.   Made the switch about 9 months ago and will never look back.   No buggy drivers,  frequent updates,  robust monitoring dashboard,  and remote config.   It's a great tool for mining with multiple rigs.
