Account information Balance: 0 BTC Rewards that needs validation: 0 BTC Bonus from friends that need validation: 0 BTC No payouts were made either, it's like everything got zeroed out. We've looked into the payments and I've noticed that our backend did miss out on 3 individual payments. I've verified all 3, and rescheduled them. Post by: kinlo on July 07, 2011, 12:06:42 AM We've tracked the problem down to a specific case, that caused the transactions to fail. Stand by while we resolve the issue.
Also, just as a clarification: - Money that is confirmed goes to your confirmed balance. - once a payout is SCHEDULED, the money goes OFF your balance, and goes into the payouts section (bottom of page). So for a (normally) brief period, your confirmed balance will be 0 while you are not payed out yet. - In the payouts section, it will be waiting for the payout, and when the payout is done you will see your money. You can always click on the link for the correct blockexplorer link to the transaction as proof of your payment Title: Re: Anyone else not get paid from triplemining.com yet? I have been mining for at approx 2 months, no problems, but suddenly I have been unexplained "unexpected errors" in Guiminer (which is what I use) the last few days. My miners don't mine, I am not earning or completing shares and I quit receiving bitcoins. please help thanx |
