I am starting this thread for Avalon ASIC Batch 2 buyers who have some problem or another.

This thread is not for general discussion of Avalon ASIC, this is for unfortunate buyers like myself who have not received their order or who have received only part of their order, or for anyone who has a damaged machine from Batch 2.

So far my own ticket has been open for 9 days.
No word from Bitsyncom or Avalon ASIC team.

If you are also having problems, and you are a batch 2 buyer, please post in this thread.


If Avalon or Bitsyncom are reading this, could you please answer the following tickets.

I have two orders from February 3rd, neither of which is showing in the store.  I also have two tickets in their system, neither of which has been answered.

Ticket #806 opened May 13th
Status: ignored
Problem: order (https://blockchain.info/tx/099f523d5e9b21fca9d9f71b4f261a82ac0a56e3672d80680038071cfdf689cc) not appearing in store

Ticket #1136 opened June 22nd
Status: ignored
Problem: order (https://blockchain.info/tx/be11e6a92ec1d5dbb1d81c300c346614273c1fe204afe4aeb8f7c90f25217895)* not appearing in store.  ( * Because of wallet dust, I had to break this payment into several parts.  Walletbit uses the final txid as their reference.  Check the address history to see that I really did send 75 BTC.)

Walletbit confirmed both orders.

Tickets older than June are almost certainly never going to be answered.

it is not appeared in my store page

Change the Subject in Avalon is a scam or something like

I did it and it worked, my 2 units running since today...  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=251130.0

This situation is unbelievable and Avalon should seriously take in consideration all the missing order.

This is complete bullshit, I still did not got my batch #2 unit.
Im am furious. 18. feb order.

What happened with 3 months late in payment 3 months late in shipping principle ?

I paid in time still not delivered after may, jun, and half of july. It will be 3 months now they late.
What I can expect in return? To offer me justice refund of 1500$ ???

I am very very disappointed customer.

Now, they will ship batch#3 and avalon asic chips and I can stick that big diff in my a..
Never heared from then any apologize or we are sorry for this situation, like it is my fault...

BitSyncom, I hope you will not ignore this and offer some  adequate compensation.

Giving a look to my previous thread...I ve been then delivered in 5 days... Only after I post they was scam ready to go far helped with my lawer.

Yes you will have to do many thing you hate to obtain your avalons, if you are like some ppl(I was), who ordered and get their order missed, no listed in shop... or whatever... To fix that you need to communicate with Avalon, while they ignore tickets and even most of thread on forum... Good luck

So far I wish I could avoid to do this but since I was ignored, no real other choice and you will surely do same than I did after few days of ignorance...

Btw you lost actually around 100 usd daily by units not in your hands. If you can accept it and be patient praying god fix your poblem then its ok for you...

You also should give a look to the 20 ppl of batch 1 !!! who still wait like you...To understand patience didnt helped a lot the missing order.. (quote batch 1 missing ppl)

What a cluster fuck. The lessons I've learn so far: Don't order from BFL or Avalon. Both are just as shit.

One doesn't deliver (okay maybe only a small handful of their orders) and does false promises/lies constantly. The other semi delivers (some people still haven't gotten their batch #1 order) and has the shittiest customer service ever (according to what I've seen).

Seems like once they got your money, they don't really give a fuck.

Yes thats why you can call them a scam like I did until they deliver your... I advice you guys to give them hard time or you will see your order coming when you will mine only 0.1 btc day with your avalons missing...And I still enthusiasm

Yifu, Bitsyncom...So only me been lucky to receive my orders after this scam thread? really sad...

Calculating how much I lost for being late 2,5 months... I got high blood pressure, heart problems and lost nerves.
Nothing can be compared to lost faith and broken dreams.

Just hope that there will be some kind of cosmic justice, someone sees everything.

Same for me thats why even if delivered now...Why I should be happy and thanks the avalon god? We funded it...we are not customers... We have to cry here to receive our units cause tickets are useless...being accusated of making so much noise in the quiet life of avalon... but as said by many here if avalon was fixing and handling with respect their customer, then we wont be here...

My friend was one of the earlier orders of batch #2 and has yet to receive anything close to shipping information for his avalon yet they are about to start sending batch 3. He only has a noobie account thus why I'm posting here on his behalf but his post about it is here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=255910.0 I really hope Yifu or somebody sees this and helps my buddy out.

i have no information about delivery, about track number or even a response from you !


I created a lot of tickets ( last one #1410)
and write a letter to your e-mail


Can you help with that ?
Can i hope for refund ?
