Do you think it's better do buy my Bitcoins on Coinbase or on the app Bitcoin Wallet (from a Bitcoin ATM).
And when is it a good time to buy Bitcoins?

I think you should look for your country's local exchange platforms. generally these are sell you bitcoins in your own currency and easy to make transactions. After you buy bitcoin you can transfer wherever you want.

If you are in the Philippines, you can buy bitcoins at 7/11 you must have coins.ph because you have to enter your payment at 7/11 and once you've entered the coins.ph your load is that pesos can be converted first in bitcoin.

You can buy bitcoins in 7/11 if your in the Philippines. But you need to have coin.ph first before you buy bitcoins, they send it away if you have it.

here on my place there is no bitcoin atm. only one way to purchase bitcoins using coins.ph wallet. i watch some video of how to buy bitcoins using atm and it was very easy. and looks nothing risky why don't you try bitcoins atm.

I would personally avoid Coinbase like the plague. They're known to close down users' accounts and will pass on everything to the IRS.
You gan find a seller on LocalBitcoins or Paxful, just pick someone who has a good reputation.

Depending on the payment method you use, you'll pay less fees than on Coinbase as well.

Whenever decentralized exchanges get more popular, I'll be using that.

Yes, Coinbase is a great option for buying bitcoin but may also try some mobile app such as Luno app. Luno is a great app for buying and selling bitcoins and ethereum. it is just similar to CoinBase but even more better in terms of simplicity.

Well, basically it really depends upon the country you are living to regard the means of how you can buy your bitcoin. Because here in our we can buy bitcoins through convenience store popularly known as 7/11, some of the banks here offers to sell bitcoin which is practically pretty amazing because we are free to use bitcoin here.

I guess Coinbase is the easiest option, but by far not the cheapest. Since i don‘t know where you live i would recommend you to do some research on where you can buy bitcoin on a trustworthy platform in your country.

just buy on localbitcoins, it is 10 times more safer than just buying on any other exchange, because you are going to buy it through bank transfer or just in p2p (which is much more safe too)

My friend buy bitcoin thru some of our friends who are planning to convert their bitcoin for some reasons like they need a cash or will pay some bills and instead of converting them into fiat they just transfer them to my another friend bitcoin wallet and I think that's really a good idea because that is so much cheaper rather than buying to coinbase or other trading site also I think that is more convenient

There are lots of ways to buy bitcoins. The cheapest way is to buy from someone who are selling their coins. That's basically the wisest idea nowadays and more people are doing that. It saves you from the fees and the margin difference in the buy and sell. You may opt to buy in a bitcoin atm, or some known and trusted exchanges like coinbase, kraken or bittrex. You just have to check which one sells you lesser than the other so you can get better deals.

if you are a filipino citizens you can buy bitcoin in cebuana or in 7/11  but you need first to create an acct like coins.ph it will serve as your main address or receiving address once you make a deposit either cebuana or 7/11

I try and stay away from coinbase fees too high, transfer cash to kraken then buy on exchange

There lots of online wallets that offer selling of bitcoin you can take a look and compare their prices so you can choose the cheapest one also the idea of buying to someone who sells their coins is I think the best because in the value of exchanges the value for buying is lower than selling unlike if person to person the value will be fix based on the current bitcoin price

It has been explained many times, there is not exact what good time to buy Bitcoins, if you sure want to invest, just buying it.
If you're still doubt about Bitcoin future prospect, then leave it find other coins.

I think buying via bitcoin ATM may be costly.
Maybe you should try localbitcoins first, and if that does not suit you or you do not find what you need from it, then you can opt for an exchange like coinbase.
And to your second question, well its relative to what you are buying bitcoins for. If its long term investment, then you can buy whenever you can, if it is short term trades e.g buy low, sell high sort of thing, then you can wait for a dip and then buy.

If coinbase giving you bitcoin for low fee and competitive price then go for it.I suggest if you can,then buy bitcoins using localbitcoins as you can probably find a good bitcoin price there and also you can negotiate with sellers which you can't do on coinbase and similar websites.Good time to buy bitcoin is always 'now'.I would suggest everyone,don't keep ignoring 'buying bitcoin' thinking that price is too high because later you will regret that you missed the chance to buy bitcoin in past at low price.So buy now and hodl long term and eventually you will profit  :D

Once you get that all set up, you can buy Bitcoins, Litecoin, or Etherium. Another place to buy is localbitcoins but I have not bought through that website. My understanding is that you can use this site to find people in local area that can meet you to make a transaction in person.

There is no right time to buy bitcoins because we can't control the price so buying bitcoin involbes high risk and i think you should buy on coinbase because there is $100 bonus.

If you decide to get some from a local seller, or in person trade, be sure you understand the laws of your local area.  For example, where I live if the other party mentions that they are going to use the funds for some crime, any crime, and you make the transaction, then congrats you are now a criminal.  The thing to do in that case is to walk away and don't complete the transaction.  Also you must be aware of things like civil asset forfeiture.  In the USA if police search you and find 10k in cash, just the fact that you have that much money is enough to seize the funds.  They only need SUSPICION of wrong doing, not proof.  And *poof* your money is gone.  Good luck getting it back!  You can google it, but it really does happen.  I am going to do something I never do, because I want everyone to see, I am going to use some caps.  If you get stopped, and have cash, and the police ask to search you/your car/etc, DO NOT LET THEM SEARCH.  They are supposed to have probable cause (HA!) so depending on how bad it is where you live they may not be able to search you.  You are not required to do everything they say if you are not committing a crime, you have rights.  If you get a traffic stop, sometimes they will as to search the car.  SAY NO.  Make them get a warrant, and if you are not breaking laws it might be difficult for them to get one.

You can buy bitcoins in the banks or pay creditcard or debit card, but here in Asia we can go to convenience store to buy bitcoin by using our phone i can transact bitcoin fast. if i migrate in other country i would choose to look in a btc radar coz it will help me to access fast seller

depend on what you gonna do with bitcoin, if you want to use daily for buying some stuff better from bitcoin ATM or if you want to buy bitcoin to invest or trading better buying BTC from an exchange like bittrex, poloniex or coinbase.

There are many exchanges sites that you can buy bitcoin. But if coinbase and bitcoinwallet is on your choices I would choose coinbase. For me it is always to buy a bitcoin because if you I believe in bitcoin that if I buy today I will earn later.

Here in our country, you can buy bitcoin using coins.ph by loading it and then converting to bitcoin. Check if your country allows buying of bitcoin tho. The best is when the vale tips down just be observant and patient about it.

I really agree with you, now bitcoin is down, so I think this is the right time for people to buy bitcoin, because at the moment bitcoin is down from the highest price level, it does not mean bitcoin will
