At the time I made this , fee was recommended for 60 minutes. But then came the overload of the network. https://blockchain.info/tx/fd34d004961d840b5b7572081e4d1ce3349fd29225393e28d48d7b5ff3f1e50e Tried to accelerate with confirmtx and antpool , but still no result. I have no luck with VIABTC accelerator. Every time(tried more then 10 times for 2 days) I get "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later". No matter how I try(round hour ..etc). As was mentioned above, you must do it at the very top of the hour as they only accept 100 transactions per hour... and those slots fill up very quickly.
