Title: Looking to sell - 2011 and 2012 Cas coins
Post by: cryptogeek07 on December 10, 2017, 04:14:34 AM
Hi All,

Im a newbie here. Would appreciate any support on selling these bitcoins. I am based in India and bought the bitcoins through ebay.

Here is the details of the actual bid for both.

1. 2011 Series 1 Error - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Casascius-Bitcoin-Series-1-2011-with-MISPRINT-/230959708093?ssPageName=ADME%3AX%3AAAQ%3AUS%3A1123&nma=true&si=qZj8QOEvxT4U3D8CvWo3iY9IV3o%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Details - http://vi.vipr.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemDescV4&item=230959708093&t=1365360966000&tid=10&category=257&seller=chloe_ap&excSoj=1&excTrk=1&lsite=0&ittenable=false&domain=ebay.com&descgauge=1&cspheader=1&oneClk=1&secureDesc=0

2. 2012 Series Coin - The Ebay listing has been deleted and Im unable to retrieve the info.

Im willing to take pics and any proof or details that may be needed. Also pls do let me know the estimated price I can expect for this. And if its the right time to sell.

Also please guide me through the process of bidding, escrow, etc.

Thanks,

If you take pictures with a timestamp and your username we can gauge the prices for you.

Escrow would work as the buyer sends money to the escrow and you send the coins to the buyer or escrow (i.e. minerjones).

Auctions will give you the best gauge for pricing as the market has been up and down.

Hi,

Pls find the photos here: Im sorry, I forgot to add in the timestamp. So, what do you think. Unless im getting a significant increase from the current price, I dont think its worth selling them.

Thanks minerjones for the info!. What does late loaded mean? Will that reduce the value of the coin / something to be concerned of?

Thanks again minerjones!. What about my 2011 coin? Does that coin come into the 'rare' or 'premium' bracket?

Public key for 2011 coin - 1BaJAWJoP65bbsH2Deifn6VEBnKnx4UG3V

Its the error coin. Also can you advise if this is a good time to sell? If so, which one of the coins or both? What price can i expect(in BTC/Fiat)

In that case, can i send you the physical bitcoin in case of a successful sale, and you can verify and forward to the buyer? What are the charges for this?

And what do you mean by finding the right buyer? Are there any way to identify the right buyer?
