Are all wallet owners at Kraken fucked? Is Kraken the next Mt. Gox? What's going on over there? They started with last week with BTC currency exchange rates that were off by two decimal points, to now people being unable to log in to their website. If this is the end of Krakent, it'll be incredibly bad for the Bitcoin community. And it's another less to stay the fuck away from exchanges. Anyone have any insight? I don't hear any news about it either, it doesn't seem like it has been hacked even though weird shit has definitely been happening for the past week like you said account holders not able to log into their accounts on kraken. As far as anyone knows, kraken is just running on "degraded performance": https://status.kraken.com/ No other sources of news have even mentioned anything about kraken... Maybe nothing is going on. Their trading engine is known to be having issues from a long time ago. Now there are rumors that their website is being dosed 24/7 but that still shouldn't be an excuse good enough. They have protection for that in place so it must be something else. On the other hand, trades still seem to be taking place there so either there must some insider trading or that API access works fine. Truly is very suspicious.
