I am not kidding, Elephant Coin (ELP) will be launched July 15, 2013 @ 3 am EDT (UTC-5).

Will be premined only < 0.5%!

What makes your coin so special?

And will you launch with windows binaries?

of course, will publish source + windows qt client/daemon. Will combine all the good things from different coins.

What would make it special to you?

For 3% of all the coins ever to be minted (and it could take years to mint them all), who cares what stupid crap "features" the audience claims would convince them it is special, give the audience the impression/suggestion they are getting whatever crap they want and pocket 3%, whats so hard to understand about that?

And just think, this guy is offering for only 3% to work really hard trying to convince you he is giving you what you want, some folk apparently charge 5% for doing such convincing!

Why only a 3% premine? I think a 30% or 300% premine would be even better.

Tell me, what makes any of these alt coins special? Apart from a few (PPCoin, Novacoin, Primecoin, etc), all the rest are not much different, of course there are small diffs apart from parameters, such as tx messages, random blocks, etc. This new coin will have all the good things there!

Certainly it is, I just want to beat someone who proposed 5%, if you can live with 5%, you should be very thankful for the 3%...

Can we make it reward miners inversely to their computer power? I think it's reasonable that a TI-84 be the most capable miner as it's a very affordable mining rig. That should stop all the profits going to the people with the expensive GPU and ASIC rigs. Maybe my super nintendo can get in on the mining action?

I dont see the big shit over premine as long as the coins are placed in a public wallet and everyone can see where they go.

no one trace it, the STC has premine (much less than 3% i know, not to mention 5%, lol), even putting in a public wallet, it can be transferred to whereever you like.

A TI 84? Are you crazy, that is some kind of newfangled ultramodern high tech equipment, are you trying to eliminate the good old reliable HP 25 from the business!?!?!

The issue with premine is that the cryptocoin founder/owner plays by different rules than everyone else. And for a wealth transfer protocol, that's either devastating .or a return to the status quo of fiat

My pre-announcement is still hold, I will launch elephant coin in 4-6 hours!

Don't forget superblocks aka lucky blocks aka golden blocks! They are all the rage these days, have been since way back when!
