Do you think Bitcoin will be down more? Now price 13708.00 ...  ???

When bitcoin is at the highest level this will allow investors to make a sale of bitcoin to make their USD a large amount of money with a common goal that is to get a huge profit and of course this is what makes bitcoin experience a period of continuous decline. but the decline in bitcoin that happens will not be predicted until when this will happen a decline because I think of course all of it will depend on the investors who will re-invest in bitcoin. if the investors re-invest their money on an investment in bitcoin, of course at that time bitcoin will again show its existence as a very powerful virtual currency to continue to have a very high value especially if in some countries will follow the footsteps of japanese countries that have legalized bitcoin as a legitimate currency is not impossible if bitcoin will have an incredible price.

There's no news that warranted a price drop like this. The fundamentals of the currency haven't changed, meaning it's a great time to buy in at this 'low' price

Now it has come back to normal at $15535. You might be aware of it now. If you see the growth trend of bitcoin in coinmarketcap.com, when there is a big spike of around 30%, the fall would be of 5% to 10%. This is really good. Feel good that it does not go vice versa.

Whether it is bump or dump you please hold the bitcoin for long te that is wise idea. We have to make demand on bitcoin so henceforth, we have to hold it. With fear of bitcoin price down you have started selling the bitcoin means you will be a looser of the bitcoin which gonna bump in future.
Most of the doesn't care future value and keep on selling. That is not wise idea if they hold they can more money in future

Bitcoin has done really alot and have in recent times out so many haters and doubters to shame.
It went from $1,000 to almost $20,000 in just a space if one year. If Bitcoin could do such, then it's great.
The price fluctuations now is not of much concern, it will surely keep moving ahead.

Bitcoin is the best crypto currency coin so far and what I have experienced ever since I stepped into crypto currency is that whatever happened to bitcoin, bitcoin always come back on top.

There is nothing to worry about whether the price is dropping or going up. All you need to do is to keep faith in Bitcoin and hold them for as long as you can, and believe me you won't regret it in long term. There are thousands of people in this industry and not everyone of them will say positive things about it, but that doesn't mean to take Bitcoin negatively. Price grows, price drops, that is the nature of Bitcoin, and that is how it has been since its birth.
By the way, the price is again at $16,650+ now, so no one needs to panic and sell.

I hope that will not down a lot Im not worried but if its down more it will not help to other coin holders if they want to cash out their bitcoin to their own want to pay or transactions but if they have patient not bad if the bitcoin is decreasing.

Look a day just passed and do you see on what's the price of bitcoin now? It's now $16,410 and that was a real quick increase for bitcoin. I don't think it will go down for some more at this moment since bitcoin futures are already in it's own market now and I believe that this will give bitcoin a good feed back and reaction for it's price. And I do see that bitcoin can get a higher value for the next weeks and also for the year of 2018.

It's just a normal thing happen on bitcoin, everytime the bitcoin price go down, 1-3 next days the price coming back to the top again. I think people called it a correction. It's time for the bitcoin price go up again with never look down again, to the moooonn!

Apparently that was a low already and prices has gone  up significantly again. That $13,000+ price has been surpassed quite easily and looks like the price's new support and will likely be the new level of trading. We're not dealing in 10s of dollars anymore, bitcoins are moving in the 100s of dollars! Crazy time to be in, but the volatility has probably made a lot of people rich due to the massive price swings.

Though, I would imagine that the price swings will also do a downward swing after a few days when all the hype out of the futures ends. But that would be yet to be seen as we might not even see a downward moment due to it anymore.

Bitcoin value changes from time to time... It goes up and sometimes go down but very minimal. But based on what i have read, bitcoin value is much higher now compared before. Also, bitcoin value continues to go up every month. So we dont need to worry. I think it will be higher on the succeeding years.

This can be answered by Yes or No,, right?. Then if it is,, Yes the bitcoin can go down more but No it will not reach a 10000$ dip.. Confused? because it is literally like that,, it can change by an instant a day or two prices go so low and raise so high.. It a continuous battle in your own mind on how to handle such fluctuations without sacrificing the profits.. This is cryptocurrency and that is bitcoin at this rate..

The price from yesterday has already started to climb and reached 16400 already . It's really a bull ride which is happenig at present beacuse the rise happening is very quick and probably the best year for Bitcoin in terms of appreciation . We will need to see if it continue to rise or drop before the new year .

Hey! i dont think that bitcoin will fall down below 12000$. Should happen some kind of serious event that will cause bitcoin lost value. But all news now are positive for bitcoin, so in future time it will goes up. May be we will see 20k $ soon. may be even till 2018.

the current flunctuation of bitcoin has made it coin unpredictable just the time you may think the coin will come down then it start picking up again and now it is above $16k now. not only bitcoin but also other altcoin. however, we cannot still say bitcoin will not still fall the coming days because these are becoming usual to bitcoin and it make me wonder maybe its actually demand and supply that cause the change or some group of bitcoin dev are behind all this things.

If you observed bitcoin's movement since then, well you will notice this thing. Not all the time the price will go up and it's even obvious that not all of the time the price will be stable in falling down. The price now is at 16k again so, it can only down for a certain period of time and recover again faster. This happen for about every other day that’s why it looks normal to all that has been in bitcoin for a while like me. So take a big breath at the dip and don’t look too much on the price chart for your own good that’s the only thing I can advice if this happen again.

I am agree with you mate, bitcoin value will hit 20k$ in 2018 will brings good profit for the bitcoin holders.

At the strong current value of bitcoin i dont think it will fall too much down to 13000$ mark before this year end, there are lots of people are now continue to adopt bitcoin and it helps to make bitcoin value increasing and stay at the highest level.

We have a couple of days to buy bitcoin and i want to invest for short term for only 15 days and i am hoping that my decision would gives me profit.

From my view, it's gonna be very hard for us to cross $20K at the end of the year. I suppose when all this financial institutions came into picture, I noticed that we have less and decrease volatility. That's why the prices just keeps hovering in the $16K-17K in my opinion. To really push the price to $20K. Investors will really need to flock anew and flood the market with their cash. So I don't know if those financial institutions greatly bring positive effect on us or not.

This has been the price is last couple of days, although it's not going down, its not increasing as well as we expected to cross $20K at the end of the year. Well, CME will have the change now and see it this can push the price even further, but I wouldn't be surprise if they didn't. Looks like to me that the speculation around CME is already price in. I'm very bullish and positive but there's something I really saw when they all join in. Bitcoin price being quite stable is very surprising.

We really can't tell the next price movement of Bitcoin.  With it everythings seems possible, who would think that from $1000 in Jan.  Bitcoin now jumps to 19k+ ATH.  and playing at around 16k+ today.  And take not that sudden surge does not take Bitcoin a mont.  So I believe there  is a huge possiblity that Bitcoin may cross $20k befoe the end of the year.  There are lots of news and hypes around the market, plus companies adopting it. 

You should take a look at Bitcoin price at the moment :)). Although the whales can easily dump or pump the price of any cryptocurrency when they want but they can't dump or pump the price too much so I think Bitcoin will never down to under 14k$ one more time :D. There are 16 days before the end of this year and I think Bitcoin price will reach to 20k$ before this year ended :D

No. Bitcoin price will never dumping to that price again, it was the last time everyone could see Bitcoin price low like this cause I think till the end of this year Bitcoin price will go to the moon. Before a big pump, Bitcoin price often stable for a while and at the moment Bitcoin price is stable around more than 16k$, I believe next few days Bitcoin price will reach to at least 20k$ :D

Bitcoin would keep claiming up. Soon will reach $20K by end of 2017. Though there are falls, it does not loose its standard.  Around $500 to $1000 may fall at times, but keeps growing up. Always there is a big jump from when it falls down. So, one can always trust in bitcoin and invest.

I am not seeing this price as you mention 13708.00, but now i am seeing $17500, and you can guess it is not downing price, then i am sure bitcoin can't be down. Actually within 24 hours we see bitcoin has a different price some time it is down and suddenly it is going to up. So it is all decentralization, so it doesn't mean that bitcoin is going to down.

You are right now bitcoin is changing price all time. Bitcoin is having this ability since so long because now bitcoin is 17000$ but till the end of year bitcoin will increase more in price and it will become I think 25000$. The answer is no and never :)). Bitcoin price will not be dumped again, I think before Bitcoin price reach to 20k$ at the end of this year or maybe the early of next year, it's really hard for anyone to dump the price of Bitcoin cause everybody is holding their Bitcoin to wait for the new peak so nobody will sell their Bitcoin just because of the whales efort :)).

It's impossible at the moment and in the near future I don't think Bitcoin price will dump to under 14k$ again. You can take a look at Bitcoin price at the moment, it's increasing very quickly so this time I think it'll reach to 20k$ and nobody can stop it or dump the price again although they have thousands Bitcoins. No. There are no way for Bitcoin price can be down one more time :)). you can take a look at the price of Bitcoin right now, it's increasing very quickly and it's more than 18k$ at the moment and I believe till the end of this year, Bitcoin price will increase to a new peak maybe 20k$ or maybe even 25k$ :)). But there are only 15 days left so it's a little bit difficult :D

Not a chance. Bitcoin seems to go up higher by considering some reasons.
First,  it's global and borderless
Second,  it's decentralised (uncontrolled)
Third,  its supply is limited, no more than 21 million bitcoins
So,  don’t get to much worry,  bitcoin will surely go higher than the previous.

Now the price of Bitcoin reached $19k and it will easily touched $20k by the end of this year 2017. Its only growing to more in upcoming years. Nobody can stop its growth. I think the price will not be dumped again. You can hold your Bitcoin to sell with high value.

Bitcoin do always surprise us regarding on its price which we didnt even expect that it would able to reach these heights as of these days. Assumptions and even speculations back in the past have come true. I have read up lots of arguments on reaching 20k on this year. Some did say that it wont able to reach out even me didnt believe that we would hit up that range and now we are still heading on the end of this year and almost hitting up that point.

BTC doesnt stop to amaze us..Some experts told me that bitcoin will go down after 14k$, but it still goes up... So, that's very difficult to make any preductions about its growth. But i have feeling , that it doesnt matter how deep will be the correction, next year we will see more than 30k$ per one BTC. Let's keep holding our digital gold.

My friend , bitcoin and other cryptocurrency coins are very much unpredictable for its the people who sets its price . One news can make it pump , or the other way around :) Though some says that there is some groups manipulating the price which is not impossible actually . So if your asking if it will still dump , yes it might but its very unlikely to happen now . Due to the fact that its on the mainstream media now , and some country already have plans on embracing cryptocurrency , mainly BITCOIN BTC :D

From last week if you see the rate is more of less similar and not moving up or down sharply. So its possible either it is finding a resistance at present and might move slightly upwards considering the new year coming soon. Or else it can fall sharply if huge qty comes to sell before the Christmas and then they can buy at less rates in 2018.

At the time in writing this post bitcoin already reach $20000 usd in coinmarketcap that's why we keep saying when the price goes down dont panic or do some panic sell cause it will eventually recover abd reach even higher price a correction is always healthy in a currency especially when that currency has insane price leaps just hodl your bitcoin if you want to make huge profits.

Price low does not mean can go higher price next day. It depends on marketcap each altcoin.

It went till around 16k and now it’s back to 17700$. Just not sure what could have caused this drastic fall and then again it started rising quickly and at the end of the day may even cross 18k again. Just a good opportunity for the traders who had sold as it started falling and bought from low of 16k . A good quick gain in couple of hours would have easily being made. Again of you observe the price of today's,you'll come to know that the change of price was much hogher than before. It was $1140.00!!The price price came down to $15577.78  from$17608.35.Again,now the price has risen again and came to upto $17000.

I think the drastic drop could be attributed to the high fees that we have been experiencing in the last couple of days. I myself was very disappointed to see the fees when sending my bitcoin that I quickly stop the idea of getting it out on my Electrum wallet. But yes, it has beautifully rebounded to $17+++. For me its just a healthy correction, and those who panic, the weak hands are all gone and maybe shifting to altcoins like Bitcoin Cash. I guess people can't really take their hands on bitcoin that whenever the price drops, those waiting in line grab the opportunity to buy and enter the ecosystem. And those financial institutions who have entered the pictured, doesn't have direct impact to the price. So I take them out of the equation. People really didn't learn from past mistakes, bitcoin future is very bright, we don't need to panic and sell our stash. The best thing to do is just hold on it. There might be solutions to ease all this high transactions fee, we just need to wait and be patience.

It was now around $16,100 and I think there's more to come since there's too much attention bitcoin cash is getting. After the news came out about the co-owner of bitcoin.com "sold all his bitcoins for bitcoin cash" many started to panic and did sold all of their bitcoins and it made a big contribution for the price to go down. And I wonder if there will be another news that says bitcoin.com co-owner "doubled his bitcoins after he sold his bitcoin cash during the pump."

There was a huge decline in bitcoin price today, though it somehow partially recovered.  I am afraid the cycle of 2014-2015 will happen next year, and I hope that it won't happen. It is devastating to think that after reaching almost 20k USD it will crash down to less than 10k USD on the following months.  Anyway, the price of Bitcoin is wildly fluctuating, maybe instead of worrying the crash, it is better to ride this crazy fluctuation.

I hope Roger Ver has finished selling all his stakes in bitcoin into bitcoin cash and I hope people should stop expecting bitcoin cash to keep rallying up the way it has been.

It is just Roger buying into his thing and trying to buy as much as he can. However, it is good we really had the correction though because the market really needed that sanity.

This situation isn't controlled, back to 2015 when price falling dip, but at that time is not affect in stuck network busy. But now, network are flooded with many new transaction for this week only (7 days), unconfirmed transaction was increasing from 100k to 300k, this is a serious problem.
Many btc stuck on network waiting to confirmed, in other side some rich people selling them BTC to fiat every day. Nothing we can do for now, only waiting to see lowest price of this situation.

You are not entirely wrong. Maybe the stuck bitcoin transaction has something to do with the crash that we are seeing. However, in my view is has nothing to do with it, although I acknowledge that this is a serious problem that we have been facing for quite some time now. But let's wait for Lightning Network (LN), it was touted to be the best solution on the scaling issue. I heard that it is being tested, but no direction as to when its gonna be implemented. And it seems that the crash that we are seeing is the combination of whales manipulations and people obliging and selling and cashing it out in preparation for the holidays. I can't really think of what has causes this crash, except the reasons above.

The fact is that most users keep their bitcoins in order to have prospective growth in the future, and not to spend their coins by the next year. Therefore, you need to keep cool and do not react to sharp price fluctuations.

I think already bitcoin started bumping again now you will get the profit very soon so don't sell your find for fiat and exchange it. This correction has been made from the two days onwards and now the value corrected.

it is Christmas holidays all around the world and people are buying gifts wit bitcoin so it is increasing bitcoin price. For me bitcoin is full package I mean it is able to use as an investment and also it is able to use for buying things. Who Satoshi Nakamoto is? Nobody knows about that, I haven't seen an official answer about this matter.

Bitcoin's current marketprice is $14000 usd in coinmarketcap after all that bullish run a correction is not surprising people might be selling they're bitcoins so that can gain profit most of this people are whales and high profit investors that cause a panic sell especially for newbies and the guys who sold their houses those who sold they're bitcoin will probably soon learn that volatility is normal to bitcoin. The price may sometimes plunged but would you see this as an disadvantage or a perferct time to buy more and hold, panic selling will only result only on losing chance to gain great profit.

I mean what currency because today’s price in dollars is 19397 dollars and as the time passes more and more people are investing in bitcoin and by this way the price and market value of bitcoin is growing more and more. I smell panic in your post. My guess is that apart from being a Newbie here, you are also new to cryptocurrency. Otherwise you should know that the current plunge in bitcoin price is correctional. The bullish trend has had a longer time than expected. No more upward sustenance. So, it has to crash to springboard to a new ATH. Whether it goes below $9,000 or $7,000 shouldn't call for worry or panic sell. Hodl!

This is common with the newbies. Lets encourage and teach them. Its due to sigwit hard core, the fall has occured. On or after 28th December, the price would raise again. This is common to see the fall when there is a hard core. The price may still fall to 10K. No worries.

I cannot be sure that at this particular day or week the market price of bitcoin will rise but I do know one thing and that is bitcoin will rise once again and that too in a short interval of time. At the very present moment, things are not in much favor of the ones who are holding their bitcoins as they are not getting enough money by selling away their bitcoins now. Maybe I missed the moment but I really did not get to see it reach that anyway, probably it did on other exchanges, but $19860 on my exchange was quite close. You are right though, because even at this stage we have experienced a pretty solid correction which I believe it is a good one enough to get the market running pretty well soon. The most important thing is to hold as you can never miss it in the long run.

Anything is still possible right now and if bitcoin goes down below the present support we may start looking at the next one which is around $14500 - $13000 but I really doubt for now but nothing is impossible. Even though we expected it, but nobody thought bitcoin would have broken at least 2 levels of supports within a very short period.

What a coincidence the price of bitcoin is just down $400 but this price posted. I don't think that bitcoin will down for some more. There are too many happenings now and others are diversifying their bitcoin profit into other coins and looking to find a way to have send funds in a cheaper and faster way.

The market value of bitcoin is coming down but we should not forget this thing that same kind of things happened in the past as well but this does not entirely mean that bitcoin will continue to go down. Its been like 3 weeks since this thread has been opened, and now the price is still stuck at $13K.

And in that 3 weeks span, a lot has happened, we did touch $19K and then bitcoin future contracts started to roll. But then again, after enjoying all-time-high, bitcoin suddenly drop and and the price has go down to $13K.

However, we shouldn't be nervous at all, its the start of the year, last year around this time, bitcoin is just around $700. So that's a lot of bull runs leading to $13K. Let's just be optimistic that it can go and reach another all-time-high.
