Title: Screen artifacts on Vega 56
Post by: CuddleBuddy on December 10, 2017, 05:42:29 PM
Whenever I disable/enable in Device Manager or toggle HBCC, screen flickers and screen artifacts start showing on my monitor and automatically restart the computer at stock settings after installing blockchain drivers. No registry changes or OverDriveNTool changes. No BIOS flash. I don't have any issues and the miner runs fine if I don't attempt to touch Device Manager or HBCC, but I only get 1150 h/s. Should I just return the card? I have other Vega 56/64 running just fine at 1920 h/s.

Did you do a DDU and reinstall the driver?

you can switch your monitor display graphics to igfx
by doing so your integrated graphics card will handle for the display
and the vega will be used only for mining and it will not create any artifacts
