Hello from newby.

I downloaded Bitcoin Knots and let it run overnight to download all block chain. Problem is partition it was running did not have space.
In the morning I found the program crashed.
Since then whenever I try to start it I get error: "Cannot obtain a lock on data directory c:\program files\..... Bitcoin Knots is probably already running. The system can not find specified path"

I tried deleting the lock file - no use.
I tried moving all the "blocks" directory hoping it will ask me where it is. No use.

Any hints?

You probably have a Bitcoin Knots process running in the background somewhere... open up the Task Manager and look through the "processes" for Bitcoin Knots related tasks. Kill them all and then try running Bitcoin Knots again.
