Jersualem has been the capital anyway, so no matter what trumps says, he didn't change much. It's all about what people believe, that's the problem.

I completely agree with your post. Israel has been controlling Jerusalem ever since 1967, when it single-handedly defeated the Arab alliance. The Palestinians lost the war and therefore they should keep quiet. If they have a problem that, then they are free to immigrate to the 50+ Muslim nations around the world, such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

He has the actual balls to name Jerusalem the capital of Israel, something that other presidents promised but did not deliver on

the decision of donald trump has raised many concerns for some countries, especially for countries that are allies of the united states.

I believe Obama has talked about it before but it didn't attract this much media flurry and by extension, violent reaction. I mean, just look at those people destroying their own place over the statement. Sorta reminded me of that Innocence of the Muslims film, the one they actually killed the US ambassador to Libya over.

These "Palestinians" probably have more freedom in Israel. That they are not being tortured for rioting is telling. Try doing that in Saddam's Iraq. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tu-5xxZJxmA

Jerusalem is not the capital city of Israel and never will be. Donald Trump is the worst president who ever Rule the United States. Jerusalem is the most important city for muslims, jews and christians. For that reason, this city cannot belong to only one nation for sure.

I think that is not fair of Trumph, the most prestigious institute of world is UNO, when UNO consider it as disputed then how Trump can say that. If bigger countries would not acknowledge UNO it will loss its worth, that will not be any good for peace of world

Why not it can be considered as free city, open to everyone, irrespective of religion or geography???

You are trying to prove a wrong thing by comparing it with other wrong thing. This is fact that agitation, protests are not allowed in many Muslim countries and bsic human rights are also violated in many Islamic countries, but this does not mean that Palestinians do no have right to hold their lands and houses. If power is the role then this world will be converted to Jungle.

Every problem can be solved by dialogues but in this case Israel is not listening to any international organization or law. They are not listening to UNO, this is only due to unfair support of USA to Israel

Would the Turks willingly give Constantinople to Greece? I don't think so. Same with the Israelis. I believe they tried to strike a negotiation with the Arabs in the past to partition the country but they were meet with what many would say is the famous Three NOs.

Whether Israel holding Jerusalem is right or wrong they would have to decide for themselves. They can't even agree on what to do with the Temple Mount. I'm pointing out that this issue has been brought up before under different administration but only now do you get this violence. It's like the media is fanning the flames. And sadly, these protesters are not seeing that.

If violence on the streets ever escalated, they'll just give the Israeli army more reasons for a crackdown.
