people like to have these type of exchange because of the importance of bitcoin and their no-usability in some regions where it is restricted. But first of all it is important that you make it more secure and give it more strength as people do not want to adopt any exchange which will have issues like that. I hope you will be successful in making your exchange more secure and to give it more strength. So that people who need it will use it in the times when there will be hard restrictions in some places.

All I see for ATM listed fee's are
Code:
Low Fees

Visa ATM withdraw fee for our Bitcoin card is only from 0.5% to 3% depending on your country and ATM.

This is the best, cheapest and fastest option how to convert your Bitcoins straight to money.

There needs to be a drop down list for what the Visa ATM cards Fee's are by country. What is fee in US?

The entire Fee schedule should be in the FAQ section, haveing to make an account and then go to the individual payment methed is cumbersome and if I hadn't already stated I would try this ATM card then I would have never gotten to the Fee's.

BTW Why is the Paypal Fee so high? Also since I see no way to recieve and convert to BTC the BTC of 2% Should not exist at all.

IOW if I move money onto your exchange and then don't like the way it works paying 2% to remove my money is highway robery. If I deposit 10k then I decide not to convert I lose $200 just to remove my money without ever making a transaction or using your service.

Good exchange have no fee for removing BTC except the transactin cost which you can choose. You need to put the fee's where they belong as in on the exchange itself not hidden in the withdrawel. And you need to Add Caps (caps as in a fee that does not go over a specific amount) on your withdrawel Fee's

I'm not sure if your problem is that you don't understand English or that you are an Idiot. I am assuming that you are not an Idiot and therefore should get somone that understands my posts to explain them to you. It is common practice to point out where you think something can be improved when vetting/Testing it. Constructive Critisism is not Fud nor scan acuzations.

And I clearly stated that I thought 3% was fair in one of my posts and pointed out that 15% on Paypal was not. I think that you are using a logic fallacy here by atacking me for saying 3% is not fair when I said no such thing and actualkly said the opposite. In English we call that a "Straw Man".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man

As you can see, if you understand English, I do not complain about the Fee but since it is a slideing fee, I recommend placing it in a drop down menu to get an actual fee by location as that is what your site claims to charge by. Do you understand this?

Now here is my quote from another post in the thread you entered to market your site and you can clearly see where I state that 3% in my opinion is not agreivousley high.

I'VE Highlighted [ IN ORANGE] the appropriate portion so that you may understand what you are not comprehending.

https://exba.se/

I'll keep you guys updated,

Also looked interesting. But it was for ATM's only right? don't they all probably log faces?

Deposit and Withdraw Options:

https://exba.se/img/info4.jpg

But the Fee's seem rather high as I posted in thier thread. Except the  ATM fee is acceptable, 3% I think. For instance Paypal is 15% W0W.

These are the coins on thier exchange:
Exchange to Bitcoins, Litecoins, Peercoins, Monero, Zcoin, Bitcore BTX.

AFA KYC there is none that I have seen but I do not have a card nor have I deposited anything yet. I'll have some BTC available next week to throw on the card and give it a go at the casino. I'm not sure how long it will take to get the card. I'm currently waiting on a reply from the Rep.

I left this post.

I have no Idea if this is a scam or not ATM.

I DON'T HAVE WORDS.

Maybe because english is not really my natural language?

Or maybe you so stupid or you just like to play to be stupid.

yes 2% we take if you put BTC and take out. We are not charity.

yes 15% FOR PAYPAL. why? that would take another 15 pages....

and other XY% for other deposit/withdraw BECAUSE WE DON'T ASK QUESTIONS

you look like the person  the who like to be asked.

so please use exchange where they ask for your name birth date, your car your grandmother name, your school degree, your fucking girlfriend (if you have any) your pet, your shits, etc,..... please please use that exchanges and don't waste our time. THANK YOU.

@exbase

you need to relax, if you know that you are a person who does not have the patience to answer the questions asked by people, then hire someone who has the patience to answer the questions asked by the people, with that attitude you are just pushing people away and This is not something very intelligent.

start by relaxing and respond politely to people's questions, do you want someone to trust you? Do you want people to use your service? then show some humility, education and patience.

You may already know that many governments are imposing regulations and restrictions on people using bitcoin, so I ask you:

once your exchange is anonymous, do you think your exchange will be sustainable in the long term?

Listen to this guy, all you are doing is ruining potential profits. No you would not drive away a mole with this attitude, they would not even bother talking to you about Fee's.

Once you've calmed down why don't you have one of the members that you stated have used your service drop in this thread and vouch for you and then maybe one of us will try it out.

But seriously if you cannot have a intelligent conversation in a business like manner then people are just going to assume you are a child trying to scam them even if that is not true, especially on a moneychanging service!

Believe me when I say we all would like a ATM card to use and you could make a truckload of cash if this is true so do yourself a favor and get some reputable people to vouch for you and start growing your business. An apology would not hurt as well, unfortunately for you everything you have posted is here forever. So you will have to work twice as hard to get trust.

Hello everybody.  I actually opened an account on exba.se, deposited some btc, and ordered a silver atm card.
Okay, the card came.  I'm waiting for exba.se to send me my pin.  I sent him a personal message asking for one.  Actually, we exchanged more than one pm.  Same kind of behavior you've been seeing in this thread -- use of f-bombs, saying he's drunk...
I haven't sent an email to support at exba.se yet, I thought I'd wait for our sterling comrade to answer my pm.
I suppose I could live with crazy talk and profanity.  It depends on whether I can use this card without getting sheared like a sheep with astronomical fees.
So far:
I sent as little btc as I could in order to get the card.  The silver card requires a balance of at least $400 worth of btc.  So I deposited 0.05 btc when the price was around $8800.
The card came.  According to the paperwork with the card, it has $10 on it.
My account at exba.se now has .03 btc.  They charged me .02 btc for the card.  Makes me wonder how much it's going to cost me to recharge this card, if I actually end up getting to use it.  Navigating around the website, I still don't have the option of recharging the card.  I guess they will activate that when they send me the pin.  I suspect that the exchange rate to convert btc to dollars to charge the card with will have a vig of at least 15%.  Because on the exchange page for converting dollars to btc they take a cut of between 15 and 20 percent.
Edit:  I just now sent an email to support@exba.se, asking them to send me a pin and enable my account so that I can recharge the card.

Thanks, keep us posted please.

well I post instead of him. Maybe he too busy.
He got da PIN. But not used the card yet.

He is right about the % for transfer of BTC to VISA card.
But this change automatically depending on BTC rate.
Right now we take 14% for transfer BTC to VISA card.
And as BTC will go up the percent for transfer will go lower.

Maybe someone can offer better VISA BTC card. With better percentage.
THEN GO FOR IT. Because we are not looking for average joe customers.

Our main users are people who have too much BTC and like to stay anonymous and withdraw anonymous and they have no problems with our transfer BTC to VISA card percentage.

bittrex recently cut off a lot of users claiming they were coming from rogue countries.... they were Spanish, Dutch, British :D they only wanted their money.

But it's good to see there is still people in the Bitcoin community that try to live its core principles. I'm loving the card and I already secured all of my money, nobody should trust bittrex

I can't trust my bank with Bitcoin withdrawals. They could close my account at any given time since they're cryptophobes so this card is really saving my life.

The last months were rough for Bitcoin (advcash and others blocking their cards, bittrex scamming everyone, volatility etc.)

I can just say 90% of our customers told us the same story their bank account was frozen because they did bitcoin transactions. AND NOT WITH OUR EXCHANGE. They did bitcoin transactions with the "reputable" ones exchanges. Based in USA/EU. Where you have to send them your ID, your birth certificate, your passport, your grand mammy cake when she had 70 years. These exchanges are responsible for freeze your funds...

WHAT WE DO? We don't ask for your ID or your passport, we don't wanna your mommy photo. We just provide. Anonymously. No questions asked. And there is no way how can they stop our ATM cards. Because we are legit by law in country where we operate.

My card works to withdraw cash from atm's.
Now what I want to know is, does this card work on the Chinese railway website www.12306.cn to buy train tickets?
12306.cn only accepts Chinese cards linked to Chinese banks, or Chinese Union Pay cards.
I'm in Hong Kong now, preparing to get a visa to mainland China and travel there.
Getting the visa to mainland China from Hong Kong involves having proof of travel such as hotel reservations and tickets.  I want to buy train tickets through www.12306.cn to present as documentation for the visa, but I'm probably going to have to cancel the tickets as my travel plans change; I'm really just buying train tickets to get the visa, I expect to cancel the train tickets for refunds.  So I also need to know if the exba.se card also accepts/credits refunds.
It would be nice if this card is tightly integrated with the Chinese financial system and so works the same as a Chinese debit card, because that's needed for the official railway ticketing website.

Our card is classic VISA card. There is no difference for anyone to tell it's a Bitcoin card. But if they not accept VISA, only Union it will not work.
When I was in Hong Kong I tested the cards and they were working in casinos, shops and ATMs. Even refund to the card is no problem.
And why you need visa for China? They have now this 144-hour visa free program. I think after you in China you ask for visa extension there and pay cash. This I assume only because in China I did stay only 3 days. So check with google first.

We removed Bitcore BTX because it SUCKS....

Is this your technical analysis? Lol

Of course it sucks it's a shitcoin.

Why did you even have it in the first place?

Because developers promised us some nice things and cooperation.
But after we put the coin online they just starting ignoring us.
After few months we just loose patience and removed it.

BTX Bitcore works perfect.

I dont know how could devs ignore you if they are always reachable at Telegram.

EVERYBODY GOT THE REFUNDS.

if you not please email admin@exba.se with exact details of your transaction.

To be honest our mail server was compromised.
As I wrote to the admins (are there some???) of bitc0intalk.org and explained things our account is banned.
But our security measurement is still better that's all others exchanges there because so called "hackers" were unable to steal even 0.0000001 BTC.
Because we using our own software. Not like other ones who buy the same shits from same company... but that story for other day...

And some of the latest posts here were not ours. Coz they got to our emails accounts. But nothing more. DB and wallets are safe.

But I wasting my time and breath here. We still have loyal customers.
Doing big value transactions. So everything fine.

Maybe the "hackers" did us a favuor, so don't use our exchange if you like to transfer shitty $100 or like that.
We prefer our VIPs customers that do 20+ BTC a day. So if you still on the wait list with your 0.001 BTC please use other exchange.

Thank you.

Looks like you got banned for shit-posting.... Why did you do that? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1353366;sa=showPosts  :P

Edit. You are now ban-evading, so you will likely get banned again for posting outside of meta. :P

Something just very wrong with you people.

We started our service when there was demand for Visa Bitcoin Cards. Yes, December 2017/January 2018 were good months.
So people were taking out Bitcoins into USD, EUR or other shits directly from ATM in their home countries.
Because they make profit. Everybody were happy.

Then BTC price fall down.

And then the shits hit the fan. We are not responsible for the bitcoin market price.
I hope everybody can read our Terms & Conditions.

But the problem is still the same...

Legendary members here (they are over 10 now) who have our cards will not admit they have it.
They keep it like secret. Other people asking asking why we have so fucking high conversion rate.
Because there are 100+ other exchanges you can use to change BTC and other coins.

But only very few are there out that will be not asking questions about you.
And even more... very very few that can provide you with anonymous BTC Visa card available worldwide for ATM.

So I understand the hate you have against us.

We predict more people will do what you are doing in future. Smaller user base that wants "money moved" discretely anywhere in the world. The larger bitcoin credit card sites have every regulator freaking out about KYC/AML, so "mom and pop" type credit card biz makes sense.

Probably not with the attitude and flakiness but people with large amounts of crypto that want to stay anonymous are only going to increase over the next 10 years.

WAKE UP PEOPLE.
YOU STILL LIVING IN DREAM WORLD. At least USA/Canada/Europe.

Asia much smarter but that not the point now.

What happened here is that when our e-mail server was compromised we saw that.
AND WE STOP ALL TRANSACTIONS. NO ONE LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF US.

We did refunds to ALL CUSTOMERS because at that time there was no tell who is real and who is not.

So we refund everybody.

We put in at Login screen Message DON'T SEND MONEY until we fix this up.

Of coz guys on this forum banned us. They are like Paypal. They thread ordinary people like shit here.

We returned all money to everybody after this happening.

But paypal did not return the money to customers.

AND THAT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM!!!!!

So If you have problem call/email/fax/twitter/etc... paypal !!!!! NOT US.

We returned everything. All funds.

Maybe look in your history for references to your account name? Otherwise, check your email accounts. I haven't used this exchange but i'm pretty sure almost every exchange (including this one) sends out a confirmation email to confirm your account before you're able to use it.

Not that it matter very much, because this exchange is dead. https://exba.se/ doesn't work.

http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/exba.se.html

The domain registar info also doesn't give much confidence..
https://who.is/whois/exba.se

Seems like they've already shut down?

Seems like they moved domains to here, https://exbase.net/login still, the site looks sketchy at best.

EXIT SCAM

If so then what a big surprise that would be!

The guy is certainly a fucking massive druggy and probably is on a bender.

He could return but from day 1 reliability and professionalism are two words he doesn't comprehend.

Yeah I think I was pounding on him from day 1 as a future scammer.... Then he created a new profile and started over. He can't seem to keep his domains up either, obviously.... :P

I didn't lose anything.

What mystifies me is this:   the site has been down for days, and nobody is posting about it.
Maybe the cards are still spitting out money, and nobody's worried about it yet.
Maybe, just maybe, SuperMarioFuckup is just temporarily out of the loop, on a bender as Hueristic says.
Wouldn't that be funny?

Not everyones risk/reward ratio is the same.

I personally did not accept his offer of a free card.
