The main idea behind our project was to make information about ICO start-ups transparent and accessible for everyone. We intended to collect ratings by different ICO rating agencies so that the potential investors could compare the marksAfter performing a deep study of many ICO rating websites and analyzing the information they publish we came up with top 5 sources of information that are reliable and have objective ratings. These sites are: 1. icorating.com 2. foxico.io 3. icobazaar.com 4. icobench.com 5. trackico.io These 5 agencies have a considerable amount of projects and analyze many different parameters of each ICO such as: Product, its status, MVP, whitepaper Team members, advisors, mentors and experts Market demand, capitalization, competition and related risks Working business model, its transparency, agreements with investors and licenses Token ecosystem, number of tokens for the team and ESCROW-agent Marketing campaign and its coverage We also give our own compound mark that is based on the ones by the top ICO rating agencies. We calculate the arithmetical average and then add or take off some points depending on the number of the sites where the ICO is rated. Sometimes we can slightly change this rating if we find some additional information that can give a better understanding of the project and probabilities of its success or fail. For example, we may increase the rating if we see that a project has established partnership with some big players on the market and this factor is not reflected in any of our primary sources or we can mark a project with a lower score if it suddenly faces charges from authorities. We proudly announce a major update of our site! We made pages for all the projects and now update tons of information in order to provide our visitors with the most up-to-date facts about ICOs. As we have previously stated, we aggregate ratings from 6 major ICO rating agencies and then calculate arithmetical average. The list of the agencies: 1. icorating.com (we take only the risk score!) 2. foxico.io 3. icobazaar.com 4. icobench.com 5. trackico.io 6. icomarks.com Three of them need no introduction - Icorating, Icobench and Icobazaar are well-known and respected. We consider their ratings the most reliable and objective. We usually count them with a multiplier of 1.05 for each 1 point, e.g. If the project has 4.0 rating score on the Icorating.com website we count it as 4.2 when calculating the arithmetical average. Othere agencies have been chosen on grounds of amount of projects they highlight - we picked out the websites with the biggest databases in order to show ratings of as much projects as possible. Their analysis usually is not as deep as one performed by the three previous agencies but it helps to provide a holistic view of the ICO market. The number of projects was the main reason why we excluded such respected agencies as Tokentops and ICO drops from our sources of information - they don't have enough ICOs listed. This factor is extremely important for us since we try to provide investors with detailed info on the each ICO that bothered to get a rating. We also plan to include new sources in our rating so at the moment we are reviewing three websites in order to choose the most reliable ones. I hope that I answered your questions satisfactorily! We collect other agencies' ratings in order to raise transparency of the market so that it is easier for the investors to find the best projects worth considering. Moreover, our rating IS BASED on the other ICO ratings, two posts earlier we revealed the keynotes of our rating. So, in short, we compare the work of many different independent analysts.
