This is not a reason to block a player account. A player can have more than one account and this is normal practice for legal https://casinos-top-online.co.uk/ (https://casinos-top-online.co.uk/). You need to specify the full conditions for receiving the bonus in order to avoid such situations, and to argue that a user is blocked by violating your rules, this is the last thing that will kill your website and your business.

Any sites has its own terms about user's account, and it is clear that this site does not let user to have more than 1 account as per their Terms and Conditions page. I do not try to defend the site but it is a usual thing in this crypto gambling industry that bonuses is 1 per user only. I'm sure you'll be blocked as well in other casinos such as Fortunejack if you create multiple account to claim bonuses.

Dont know where the mentality or logic of such reasoning on where its possible for you to create multiple accounts and abuse bonuses? No gambling site will really let this thing to happen.

If you are a die heart gambler and you obey by the rules then there shouldn't be a problem. I have played at this casino plenty of times and they are always friendly and helpful and explain if I do not understand things. Most casinos have a deposit wagering policy due to preventing fraudulent activity but it's hardly a reason to call this casino a scam when you haven't followed the T&C's. I think the issue is not the license for a country, the issue is not allowing VPN. Some people even tough allowed in their country and licensed, want to use VPN and even tor so they could hide their IP and play that way so they will not be tracked. I understand that because even tough its illegal to gamble on my country I still go to crypto places since it can't be tracked by finance (not sending any fiat to anywhere so bitcoin allows me to stay hidden) but also want to hide my IP as well. This is why not allowing VPN is kind of an issue, tried in multiple countries and none of it worked so it must be the website not allowing VPN as a whole and not just one nation. When I close the vpn it works just fine and can be played but when I open the VPN it doesn't go through to the website and it says "network connectivity issue" like I have some net issue yet I can still go to any other website or stay here without the VPN.

The amount of winning is crazy huge.

It's strange how when you are advised that you have a duplicate account, that you feel the need to post a complaint. I had requested my account to be closed for a while due to my tournament winnings not paid out as published on their website and serious disagreements with the VIP manager.

I had then requested my account to be reopened but they ignored my requests.
I then proceeded to open a new account as the other was closed and they refused to reopen the account.
I deposited and won a decent amount and was asked to KYC and my account was then permanently disabled.

What's the matter? From time to time I write reviews for casinos and I got asked to test Cryptowild. I did a test of the casino which was unfortunately not satisfactory.

In a nutshell:

• I registered for the first time
• Each new user gets 20 no-deposit Free Spins. I have played these. I have made a small profit with which I have continued to play. I have wagered the little gain 40 times and at the end a profit of 1.8 mBTC remained.
• After I made a cashout request that was rejected, I contacted the support.
• The support told me that according to the rules only no-deposit free spins gains of max. 1 mBTC can be used to cashout (it's questionable, but it's also in the TOS, so I accepted). He advised me to do another cashout request with 1 mBTC
• My casino balance was then reduced from 1.8 mBTC to 1 mBTC without warning.
• Then I did a second cashout of 1 mBTC as advised. This was rejected again.
• I contacted the support again. Now I was informed that I should send a photo with a message from me. I rejected. In the course of the mail communication with support, flimsy reasons were given why I can't get a cashout of around $8 without sending a photo of me (among other things, my email address from protonmail.com should a be disposal address).
• The question why my credit was reduced without warning has not yet been answered.
• I haven't received any payout yet.

Look at Trustpilot.com (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.cryptowild.com). Many people complain that they did not get winnings. Some report if they won higher amout of money then their account was banned with flimsy arguments like double account etc.

@tyz-The reason you haven't received your cashout from a no deposit bonus is that you neglected to upload your documents as requested a few times. This is standard practice when withdrawing a no deposit bonus win.
Our T&C clearly state the maximum withdrawal from a no deposit bonus is 0.001 BTC, I'm unsure why you think any balance above that would be left on your account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed in our casino (as well as most casinos).

I was transparent and honest with this casino and there no faked emails that you are claiming. You ABSOLUTELY faked emails.

Well, I don't really care whether you pay me the 1 mBTC or not. It was just a test as I did so many times before (I did not expect to win anything when you have to wager 40 times). Look at my history and you'll notice that I have referred almost 700 users to various trustful casinos. So the money is not the point. The point is you try to catch people with free spins and then deny to cash out winnings (even $8 winnings).

I don't complain about the 1mBTC cashout rule. I just wrote it is questionable in comparison to trustful casinos.
