Really do not need a loan per-say but will accept a reasonable term. Id also like any input regarding finding investors for this type of endeavor. Cannot be backed by bank measure's I've checked due to it being a speculative venture. But I've had loan officers call me after hours personally interested ;) The white papers are beautiful! If you don't want a loan from here,why you create a topic that links to another topic?
You open the one that you suppose to,in order to present us your project (still lacking a lot of serious things).

So why the hell you open a topic asking a loan,that you don't want to? Makes no sense at all! :-\

  I've designed it for personal contact to see the proposal. I'm really looking for lending advice on this endeavor or more capitol via investors. I'm asking to potentially see if any investors want to lend/invest  to a true endeavor instead of the usual endeavors you lenders encounter here. 

Its like an investors plan anonymous members have laid out for you guys , except its ran by a licensed entity, has a cpa backing all investors , Insured. Physical building, 4 pages of white papers, This isn't for people looking to make 1% of a 1 week loan here and sorry if it's in the wrong forum spot.


It can be confusing if your not 100% proficient in English.
