Can anyone explain the mechanism of token conversion intro ETH or any other currency??
am not getting it.
For example I have written blogs for any campaign, after ending of campaign they will send token to my ETH address, and I can use that token as a ETH from my ETH wallet, Am I right ?
How value of token is determined? By token sale (how many token sold during bounty) or any other thing ?? What are those things if it depends on other things.

Token price varies time to time as the demand of token increases, the value also gets increase. After receiving tokens in your ethereum wallet, you can't use them as substitute ether payment. Badically tokens must be converted into ether because Tokens have separate market. You can utilize them only after exchanging to ethereum. Usually bounties that are paying in tokens will requires your MEW - which supports ERC 20 tokens. But you need to setup and add custom token. Then you need to enter the address of the token contract, token symbol, and number of decimal places. It should be provided by the bounties manager in order to received their tokens.

So once you received it, you can deposit the tokens to a exchange that supports it, again, check the thread or ask the bounty manager for specifics.

As for the price, it really depends on how much funds the project has raised. You are preferring on those coins that you do recieve on bounty campaigns which you would really able to convert it to ETH if the coin is being listed on an exchange which means risk of having no salary is always there because not all coins are being listed on exchanges after a certain bounty campaign ends which means you would really have no salary at all since those coins doesnt have value at all and to say that not all ICO price on coins are directly the same when they are being already listed because most of the time the price would really be more lesser as you expect.

You will find your tokens added to any altcoin exchange as coin. Then you can be able to sell your tokens as a coin. In coinmarketcap site you will find the added tokens in the market. Henceforth, you will be able to sell the token with the traders.
Anyone can add the token to the exchange like bitrex or yobit. Mostly this been done by owner or distribution manager. After ICO coin price may be grows higher than the token sale price. It will depend on the market supply and growth.
