You make a $5 profit 1) I'll pay you $5 worth of BTC right now 2) After you receive your money, you buy the book ($5) on Amazon.com 3) Later tonight I'll send you a review to post. 4) I pay you another $5 of BTC once review shows up (tonight or tomorrow) I only have enough BTC to pay one person I am using the Mt. Gox exchange rate ($5 = .051 BTC at this very minute) I did this previously (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=231815.msg2458242#msg2458242) so you can see that this is legit.
